It's so lovely to finaly be a part of a group of women who feel the same about covering!! I would also like your opinions and advice please? I would like to know, does the Bible teach about specific hairstyles? It's just that i read that prostitutes used to wear their hair loose in biblical times and ive noticed that christian women these days wear a bun! Does the Bible say that we should coil our hair up in a bun? Or is it ok to tie it into a ponytail? Thanks.

i myself do not wear dresses all the time... but i do not wear very tight trousers and then a long tunic over it... my hair is long but do trim it regularly to keep it tidy and healthy, the point of all of this is to dress modestly so you do not attract the eye of men or make yourself stand out so men look at you.... we sin daily by wearing immodest clothing because it makes our brothers think of things they should not be thinking of .... be blessed <3

Bless you Robin, i do not cut my hair (trim it every 6 months or so), as that was one of the conditions of covering, but i wear very loose trousers and very long tops or tunics God will honor your obedience, regardless of what others say, it is actually none of their business to even comment on what God requires of you, I believe that God will bring everything back to where He waants it if you seriously start covering, you will be so blesses, just don't worry about all the other crouches, just pray for them and if that does not help then hand them over to God to deal with, because His word promises that He will contend with those who contend with you. Be blessed my Sister in Christ and do not stop covering to Honor the Lord. Amen

Praise the Lord, I myself have felt the need to cover and did for a while but things in life started changing like my pastor (husband) stopped preaching holiness well stopped preaching all togather. I do know that in the time that I was covering the anointing was remarkable and I know that God was pleased. I guess I am pretty much backslid at this point due to confusion and perhaps the pride of life. I don't know what the future holds and I do know that without God in my heart I am nothing.. I don't fit anywhere. Not sure how I feel anymore. But I do know I need God.

I could not even be a witness to my loved ones because the covering was a bit much for them to deal with.

Do you ladies wear dress's all the time and do you ever cut your hair, trim etc.

I'm feeling an urgency in developing a line of traditional ladies garments, we need to take this covering very seriously, and I'm hearing from more and more ladies who feel this need to cover for teh Lord......there are many who scoff at this but it is biblical and the word tells us that our families will be blessed if we do this so I have no question that this is something that we should be doing, especially in this time of increasing chaos in this world. We need to be set apart and we need to have the courage of our convictions, the word says that we are a peculiar people so we need to be what we are and we do not have to justify the way we dress as this what is required of us in the word. I am so excited about this range of clothing and am eager to get started I have a number of lovely designs and if anyone has some suggestions thay would be welcome.

A Woman’s Heart

'A woman's heart should be so hidden in Christ that a man should have to seek Him first to find her.' (I love that!)

When I say that 'I am a Christian', I am not shouting that 'I am clean living.
I'm whispering 'I was lost, but now I'm found and forgiven.'

When I say 'I am a Christian' I don't speak of this with pride.
I'm confessing that I stumble and need Christ to be my guide.

When I say 'I am a Christian' I'm not trying to be strong.
I'm professing that I'm weak and need His strength to carry on.

When I say 'I am a Christian' I'm not bragging of success.
I'm admitting I have failed and need God to clean my mess.

When I say 'I am a Christian' I'm not claiming to be perfect.
My flaws are far too visible, but God believes I am worth it.

When I say 'I am a Christian' I still feel the sting of pain.
I have my share of heartaches, so I call upon His name.

When I say 'I am a Christian' I'm not holier than thou,
I'm just a simple sinner who received God's good grace, somehow!
Pretty is as Pretty does but, Beautiful is just plain Beautiful.

Yes! the Precious Holy Spirit is Gods intermediary with us here on earth, if we truely follow the Lord then we hear His voice, which is the Holy Spirit. Some people say Phffft who do you think you are....... that God talks to you, I Just ask if they believe that every word in the bible is God Breathed and if so do they believe what it says If they says yes then I tell then about Jesus who says I am the Good Shepherd, my SHEEP HEAR My voice and Follow me, and ask if they believe this, many scoff and say yeh but it is just a metaphorical this and an analogy that, but that is NOT TRUE the WORD says My sheep HEAR My voice so that is what it means full stop no arguements. the Word also says that we will not enter the Kingdom unless we believe like a little child..... it goes without saying we should not be interpreting or disecting the WORD we should believe literally what it says, that is the way a child believes. I am really Passionate about this and cannot make too strong a point about Hearing BY the Word and Doing by the word.... AMEN

Yeh! it is actually funny. Orthodox Jewish people are still basically under the law, they do not accept the new testement teachings, neither do they accept Jesus as the Messiah. Orthodox Jewesses do cover their heads with a scarf but some of them wear wigs (as their cover). The scarey thing I am seeing is this new Jewish Roots movement, they are finding their "roots" but most of them are not even Jews and they now observe the Shabbat (sabath - saturday) etc, but they do not acknowledge the Holy Spirit and man this is so scarey because they grieve Him by denying His existance.

Hello Women of God, I just had the ultimate "compliment" paid by some strange man, Hee Hee he thinks I have a bag over my head and asks why or what i'm hiding, strange how uninformed some people are, and how insulting they can be when they don't understand, or don't want to understand, Been missing all of you.
