Being graceful, if you were to mean opposed to clumsy then I am not, but if you mean full of God's grace, then yes I think I am more so now than when I was younger. I am not so impatient, I have learnt to wait on the Lord, having asked Him, for something. I think I am more tolerant to that when I was younger, accepting that other people are entitled to their point of view and yes their faith, even if it is not the same as mine. I fequently remind myself that I am not their judge God alone is and in everything that happens I only know a part of the story, He sees the whole picture not me. Some things I know I have to accept I cannot do or will ever achieve, somethings, I can do with His help. To me that is all part of growing in grace. Paitence, acceptance, tolerance and above all shairing the love that God has given me! Is that any help? I do pray it is.

"Jesus bids us first of all for Him,

And he sees and knows it if our light grows dim,

He looks down from Heaven,

To see us shine

You in your small corner,

And I in mine.!"

"Jesus bid us shine with a clear pure light,

Like a little candle burning in the night,

In this world of darkness,

So we must shine,

You in your small corner,

And I in mine."

Hello my name is Ruth Vickers, I only came to this site yesterday. So I am pleased to meet you. I am glad you are all using real names, I don't understand why people want to use nicknames. I live in the North East of England, I came here nearly 47 years ago when I married my penfriend. We have 3 grown up daughters and 5 grandchildren, all who live within a few miles of us. Please do drop by and say hello, when you can. God Bless you.
