Stay focused on Christ. Study your Bible and pray over what you are reading so the Holy Spirit can direct you to the correct understanding of what you are reading.
No one can remove you from the Father's hand. Do not let your physical senses dictate to you. Think as God would have you think. You will get that out of the Word of God. The Bible is God's instruction book for our lives.
Salim, I pray blessings on you in the Name of Christ, our Lord. Receive all He will give you.
Blessings,
Rita

Hello Salim,

My brother Salvation cannot be lost. What we can lose the benefits of being saved. We will not lose all the benefits, but many of them.

We can lose our joy, peace and our assurance of our salvation as we live in sin, but God who is faithful to his word, He will finish what He started in each and every one of His children. The Holy Spirit through our yielding to His will and work in our lives’ restores our joy, our peace and our assurance that we are saved.  There does come a time in our lives when we are assured of our salvation. When we fall short, God is faithful to correct us when we are his, we repent, get up, and keep going in the process of sanctification.

We must examine ourselves to make sure we are in the faith. The faith (God's commands and instructions) is revealed in the pages of scripture. Once you have established that indeed you are a child of God, because God changed you and He is conforming you to the image of Christ and you truly repented of your sins and believed in Christ, which means you received him as Lord and savior of your life, then you are saved. The Holy Spirit should give you confirmation of these truths.

Truly repenting means you have turn away from your old ways by the empowerment of the Holy Spirit along with your yielded will. We are to be actively involved in our sanctification.

The Holy Spirit will also give you confirmation that you belong to God and will convict you of sin. He will also comfort you and teach you the meaning of God's word as you read it.  Much more could be said, but I am sure others will touch on others aspects of your question.
