Luke 18:1-14 New International Version - UK (NIVUK)

The parable of the persistent widow

18 Then Jesus told his disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray and not give up. He said: ‘In a certain town there was a judge who neither feared God nor cared what people thought. And there was a widow in that town who kept coming to him with the plea, “Grant me justice against my adversary.”

‘For some time he refused. But finally he said to himself, “Even though I don’t fear God or care what people think, yet because this widow keeps bothering me, I will see that she gets justice, so that she won’t eventually come and attack me!”’

And the Lord said, ‘Listen to what the unjust judge says. And will not God bring about justice for his chosen ones, who cry out to him day and night? Will he keep putting them off? I tell you, he will see that they get justice, and quickly. However, when the Son of Man comes, will he find “faith” on the earth?’< these I don’t know ;)

And praying or never giving up or requesting or pleading or hoping ,,,, tells in this verses that “GOD” like the Judge even unjust grant what it wants

The parable of the Pharisee and the tax collector

To some who were confident of their own righteousness and looked down on everyone else, Jesus told this parable: 10 ‘Two men went up to the temple to pray, one a Pharisee and the other a tax collector. 11 The Pharisee stood by himself and prayed: “God, I thank you that I am not like other people – robbers, evildoers, adulterers – or even like this tax collector. 12 I fast twice a week and give a tenth of all I get.”

13 ‘But the tax collector stood at a distance. He would not even look up to heaven, but beat his breast and said, “God, have mercy on me, a sinner.”

14 I tell you that this man, rather than the other, went home “justified” before God. For all those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted.’

Opinions: those I think always making themselves righteous compared to others are entitled to see this verse, but how do we know if were the right or righteous or correct one? In our Judgement with our lives? My answer was “ lean not on your own understanding but Trust God” or Have Faith or Pray or Believed, that was little copied on the bible… Those who acknowledged their sins and pray for forgiveness and repent for the Just are being Justified according to these verse, so then its needed to lower yourselves and bow down to see what on your below… it was not an easy doing because it feels something , so need to train or to be born again according to the bible the Holy Spirit, I don’t know which is which but it will tells what will happen on your life

Galatians 3:11-12 Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)

11 But that no man is “justified” by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by “faith”. 12 And the law is not of faith: but, The man that doeth them shall live in them.

Beliefs: I believe on the Word … Just God and Trust God… Maybe the words Just is seen in this verses maybe the balance one also, also if its Just you know there was always consequences because of that I also FEAR, and Trust God also that it was Implemented. But don’t forget

1 John 4:8 King James Version (KJV)

He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.

That God is Love, but also these is just an opinions and beliefs on the verses

The words Justified and Just and Faith are can be seen in these verses and read the whole chapter if you can for clarifications

Ezekiel 18:9 King James Version (KJV)

Hath walked in my statutes, and hath kept my judgments, to deal truly; he is just, he shall surely live, saith the Lord God.

 And

Psalm 89:14 King James Version (KJV)

14 Justice and judgment are the habitation of thy throne: mercy and truth shall go before thy face.
