Please help me what to do next.

I don't know how to stop this. My addiction is so hard and i am so trying hard to control it. My addiction is something different. It's not bad as doing drugs or something and maybe it isn't at all bad but i promised God to not do it but it's so hard to control it. My every body ounces for it. God i really need Your help in it. What to do? I am suffering so badly. Please help me. Amen.
