Who's on MySpace? Facebook?
Just out of curiosity, I'm wondering who here is also on MySpace or Facebook?
What other social networking sites do you use? What do you like about them? Not like about them?
Did you know you could can put an "ad" for TheNET on MySpace? http://www.allaboutgod.net/main/embeddable/list has a number of different "badges" you can embed on your MySpace page. You can even customize the color and what they say to match your MySpace profile.
On Facebook, write on your friend's walls and invite them to TheNET, click the "Share Link" link before you post your comment. In the link box type or paste http://www.AllAboutGOD.net and it will automatically put a description of TheNET there.
Maybe you have some other ideas to promote TheNET. We'd love to hear them!

I'm on FB, not Myspace. Haven't really gotten into it very much. The first person who tried to connect with me seemed to have illicit intentions - so I lost interest in doing anything. I have just used it to connect with people I know personally.
I participate on some other forums, which I may be able to advertise TheNET on. Let me see how I can do that.

I’m on myspace as well. I’ll stay there because I do have a number of contacts there but the illicit pictures and advertisements are getting to me as well. Not to mention that a number of my Christian friends have pastors who are denouncing the sight because of those things and won’t go on to see the things I’ve posted. A few of them have tried face book but found it boring or difficult to work with.

i had a myspace for 2 years .. i had nothing but drama and problems from itl.. praise god a friend led me to aag and i will remain here.. thank god for aag..

Dear Members,
There are lots of social net locations where you can make badges and "linkbacks" to the Net here. The badge as an embedded object that is well referenced here: http://www.allaboutgod.net/main/embeddable/list
The other social net locations like "LinkedIn" allow a very nice group association and when you are "logged in" there you will see others that are members in these groups (like our family here for example). Other sites like spock.com allow you to make reference to your "net" identity and validate other net data as being associated with your real identity. Plaxo is another location for business networking where you can manage associations to other communities (like our community here).
So much to choose from!
