Why are my messages not going through?

There may be a number of reasons why your messages are not going through.

1) The person you are trying to message is no longer here on theNET, but if they created a group, their name may still be attached to the group or forum even though they are no longer here.

2) Make sure the person you are trying to send your message to is one of your friends. You cannot send personal/private messages to people who are not listed as one of your friends. If they are not yet a friend, send them a friend request.

How do you send a message to everyone in a group? If you are member of a group, there is a link just under the group avatar and description that says "Send Message to Group".
