Luke 2.10 ~ I bring you good tidings of great joy. . . today. . . a Savior!!
Christmas Greetings to you, dear friend~
I bring you good tidings of great joy this morning, from Jesus--
Dear child, maybe now that your preparations are through, you can make some quiet to be with me. You will have to take the time, it won't just happen. Just as the townspeople of Bethlehem missed my birth all those years ago, it would be easy for you to go through Christmas, and miss me,… Continue

This spirit comes in when we commit idolatry. Yes, us. We may call ourselves Christians but we still sin and commit idolatry. The Israelites knew the Lord and sinned by idolatry (so many examples but one: 2 Chronicles 25:18). They are a shadow of us. We are doing the same thing. You may think you don’t bow down to an idol, but can you live without your boyfriend? Mmm. Can you give up your Bentley? Mmm. Can you let go your dream to get that PhD, you’ve wished for since you were 9 in the jungle… Continue

Jesus is the greatest person who has ever lived; each year we celebrate His Birth as the coming of our salvation.
Salvation is the greatest gift of all.
Salvation is the only gift that everyone really needs.
Salvation is presented to us as the ultimate Christmas gift in what is perhaps the best known verse of the Bible. Why not say that verse with me, it is John 3:16.
John 3:16 “For God so loved the world that He gave His only… Continue

SOME OF US WEREN'T BORN TO LOVING FATHERS...WE STILL HAVE ONE THAT LOVES US
Some people grow up in families where wisdom is modeled and taught by their parents. They have the privilege of receiving wise advice at home. Many of us grew up in families that were crazy. Our parents didn't provide wise guidance for us. This deprivation can leave us wondering how we can fill up the void of what we missed. We may feel like the rest of the human… Continue

WISE MEN SEEK HIM
After the angels proclaimed to the shepherds, ‘good news of great joy which was for all the people,’ the shepherds gathered their robes and hurried to the babe. Later, the Magi braved deserts and mountains to find him, bringing gifts. While we do not know how many wise men there were, we do know they brought three gifts . . . highly significant and symbolic gifts.
Gold. Frankincense. Myrrh. ‘With the exception of gold, the three gifts the Wise Men brought… Continue

That is a very simple question someone would say, but if you think about it for a moment, you read some of the friends profiles, maybe some of the friends bloggs, and then you realise that all of them included me was going through a difficult time and you can hide it like in one movie play "Hide and Seek" about it, but while you read and saw the other person to whom they all chatting are seriously looking for a answer and just one day, if you go to your knees and seriously speak to God you'll… Continue

Hi...merry christmas and god bless all. I want to thank you for all of your posts and comments....all are greatly apprecaited.
I want to praise the power of Jesus name....I have been a practicing alcoholic(sp) since I was 21. Over the past few months I have been praying for the urge to be taken away. I am happy to say that through the power of Jesus Christ, my urge to drink has all but vanished. Yes, I slip up now and then, but I went from drinking everyday for over 18 years straight… Continue

Then the king said to me, “What do you request?” So I prayed to the God of heaven.
And I said to the king, “If it pleases the king, and if your servant has found favor in your sight, I ask that you send me to Judah, to the city of my fathers’ tombs, that I may rebuild it.”
Then the king said to me (the queen also sitting beside him), “How long will your journey be? And when will you return?” So it pleased the king to send me; and I set him a time. Nehemiah… Continue

ARE YOU IN A RELATIONSHIP OR ARE YOU IN A RELIGION?
God never places an expectation on us. Expectations requires that someone does not know the future or outcome and is trying to control behavior to get the desired result.
We try to control behavior largely through expectations. God knows everything about us so why would He have an expectation other than what He… Continue

The Gifts of the Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit moves in the life of the believer to equip him/her in the service of God. Understanding the gifts of the Holy Spirit is important, because we live in a supernatural world and the gifts allow us to have an impact in this world. However, the problem is not every person who has the “Guarantee” of the Holy Spirit, uses the gifts of the Spirit.
Scripture promises a gift of the Spirit to everyone who has… Continue

When you don’t forgive, it causes many physical problems, as well as mental. HARBORING UNFORGIVENESS IS LIKE DRINKING POISON AND HOPING YOUR ENEMY WILL DIE. People have been known to develop cancer, asthma, social anxiety, bi-polar disorder, depression, ulcers, obesity, addictions (drugs, alcohol) just to name a few. It’s called TOXIC EMOTIONS people!! And it is satan’s trick--so you get your mind off God. So let’s be healthy and forgive those people that have done us wrong. It doesn’t matter… Continue

8 Or what woman, having ten bits of silver, if one bit has gone from her hands, will not get a light, and go through her house, searching with care till she sees it?
9 And when she has it again, she gets her friends and neighbours together, saying, Be glad with me, for I have got back the bit of silver which had gone from me.

GOD’S PRESENCE IN OUR PAIN
So, if “Immanuel,” (meaning “God with us”), was one of the names given Jesus, and Scripture promises believers he will never leave us or forsake us. . . well then, how do we come to… Continue

Hello, my brothers and sisters in Jesus once more,
Another friend is in great distress. Her nickname is Moonpie, and she faces the situation of her friend dealing with Schizophrenia. It is becoming more difficult, and the poor girl cries and begs for these imaginary people to go away. Moonpie has already confronted her about it, but she sees this not being a mental illness. Her parents also do not realize the severe problem and refuses to seek help. I am worrried for Moonpie and her… Continue

I have friend who is in great need of help. Her friend has an addiction with smoking, and has struggled greatly with it. The enemy has been attacking him and her with so much emotional distress. She cries herself to sleep because she is worried so much about it. She has all her Christian friends, like myself, to pray and help him be free of the addiction.
Please help me, I have prayed for his deliverence, and asked Jesus to comfort both him and her and let them… Continue
