Let us go to the Honey Tree

I came across this blog that I wrote back in April of 2008.  Time sure flies, my son is now 14 years old, 5'10".  I love these memories.  :-)   Be Blessed!

Tonight as i was putting my 4 year old to bed..we were reading his bedtime story, I had a 'thought'.

The story is called 'Sweet Dreams'......a tale from Winnie The Pooh.

Here is the beginning of the story.....

"Winnie the Pooh was looking at the most beautiful thing in the whole world. It was…

Me-- Before Jesus VS After Jesus

Before Knowing Jesus

~outwardly everything seemed fine as I always presented myself as having no problems.

~I was most concerned with the outfit of the day and how my hair looked..pretty shallow.

~i was angry all the time.

~I used bad language.

~I drank alot... even when I was by myself.

~I was racist.

~I would spend irresponsibly

~I gossiped and loved it....it didn't occur to me that the other person has a life with trials…

Why Mother Mary is Honored?

Mother Mary is Saint and she is venerated by Catholics with love as part of our spiritual family, and they ask their aid and prayers because in the Book of Revelation we are told clearly that the prayers of the saints rise as incense before the Lord's throne (Rev. 5:8). However they believe salvation is through Christ our Lord. Saints in Heaven, and the angels in Heaven, share in…

Jesus Christ is the Author of Salvation

Salvation is not simple altar call, but it’s a life-long process, never a one-time experience.

Salvation is for one who endures to the end shall be saved and the one who is faithful until death.

Salvation is not just reciting the Sinners Prayer but to have faith and belief in Christ and be baptized in the Name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, gain knowledge, pray often, confess and forsake sins, and endure to the end ,abound in good works.

Salvation is not…

Nothing can cure Loneliness but Christ Jesus!

In my loneliness, I Looked at the crowds of people around me never helped me.

When the troubles of my life bothered me

I Draw near to Christ by casting my eyes upon Him

In my loneliness, I show love and caring towards those around me

In my loneliness, I have the freedom to serve the Lord more fully.

In my loneliness, I have quiet time to reflect on his blessings

In my loneliness, I seek God’s glory

In my loneliness, I serve God with love by serving others…

The Ultimate Love story of Jesus Christ!

Good Friday reminds the crucifixion and death of Jesus Christ at Calvary.

The betrayal and forsaken of his own disciple

The blasphemous false accusations from the world

Good Friday reminds us that Jesus was despised and rejected by men

He was betrayed by Jesus for thirty pieces of silver

He was denied, abandoned, mocked, was arrested and bound.

He was rejected by his own hometown and was asked deceitful questions.

He was ridiculed by his own family members,…

Pope is not False Prophet or Second Beast of Revelation.

One can notice everywhere how people are so busy in writing and attacking Catholic Church on the internet, media etc.

Why cant Pope do miracles, because it’s the Power of the holy spirit in him makes miracles but anti-Catholics don’t believe when Catholics do miracles and healing but admire when false preachers do it.” Behold, you scoffers, and wonder, and perish; for I do a deed in your days, a deed you will never…

Flee from Lust and Flirting!

Lust and temptation is a choice and it has various forms. Many people have destroyed their marriage, families and their reputation because of lust, adultery, flirting and extra marital affairs. Of the seven deadly sins, lust is the most shameful. Lust is a problem because it perverts godliness, corrupts our soul, our virtues and holiness. The lust of the flesh is contrary to the desire to do the will of God.

Not everyone gets tempted in the world. People who are according to the…
