I'm passionate about...: There's a lot I'm passionate about. A few are that children feel loved & safe without bad parents or strangers hurting them. I wish every kid could know who they are in Christ. They're kids! I'm also passionate about justice for those who are abused: the elderly, women, children. I think every human being should feel safe without harm of abuse or retaliation. Sometimes I think animals are treated kinder than humans - and that's wrong. Then again, I'm also highly against animal cruelty & testing of any kind. If it inflicts pain on a voiceless animal, I think justice should be sought.

My story with God: Working on it - more later.

Other stuff about me:: I'm 29/F/Single/OK and not looking. I'm a fun-loving, free spirit. I know how to laugh & have a good time. I also think there's times when we should cry. I know how & when to do both, unlike many.

Letting God work in our lives

God wants to work. He wants to work in our lives: our jobs, our marriages, our relationships, & so forth. But often we don't allow Him. A few minutes ago, Honey wanted to go outside (followed by Precious a few minutes after that). I opened the back door to let the 22 lb dachshund work on whatever missions she has. What a Night.....

I had perhaps one of the roughest nights I've had in a long time. In my dream, I was w/ a guy I highly admire (who's a current youth minister) & his wife, & a girl I knew when I lived in the college dorms years ago (Fawn). We were at a gang-infested bar. Snakes are more frightened of you than you are of them, except nobody has told the Black Mamba this.
When this snake is confronted it will more than likely attack you rather than move away. Where we stay at present snakes are very common. We have a large space of veld opposite our house and snakes are inclined to wander. It is useless to clear the area because they all live in holes under ground. You will be amazed how small the holes are that large snakes simply squeeze through without any effort.
The devil's demons are like this. Just allow sin to create a small hole in God's armour that surrounds you and these demons will rush in. Only God can close that hole, but our negligence in asking God to help us, may allow these demons to inflict many wounds first. Remain on guard at all times.

It seems that we find it hard for us to comprehend the goodness of God. God shows His kindness to us when while we were still his enemies, then he sent Jesus Christ to die for us. His kindness and goodness provided a way for us to be saved. Jesus while He walked upon this Earth showed the world the kindness and goodness of God. His kindness and love to us frees us from the power of sin and death. May we remember to praise him for his goodness alway.

I'm sorry your dog is so sick, that's awful! Bilirubin has to do with the liver. All those shots & meds at once may have been too much toxic load for the poor little thing. Try to get him to eat some grass in the yard. Left to themselves, dogs will do that, barft it up & go lay under a bush until their bodies heal themselves. Just a thought. I will pray tho.
