My story with God: This is a lifelong journey. I started at birth. Saved in 8th grade but didn't understand it. Backslid for many years and 40 years later at 40 years of age I am beginning in Christ again forever. (40 is a well known number in the Bible and I love how God is using it in my life...wandering 40 years in the wilderness known as LIFE!!!! Finally entering the promised land...Praise God)

Nena's First Day At School - Camden Christian Academy

This is the 1st full week home for Nena and Edward. They have been away from me for 1 year and 2 mos. How they managed to be as wonderful as they are and as OKAY as they are is a gift to my sanity from God. My daughters resiliance is a tribute to the resiliance of the women in my family (apparently). My birth mother went through many tragedies, my sister has lived through many many tragedies, I have lived through well you get the point....TRAGEDY!!!!

I seem to be a Hobbit!!!!!

I watched the Lord of the Rings Fellowship of the Ring last night. It is the first time I watched it since I rededicated my life to Christ and it would appear that even my perspective on everything I watch draws me to analyze things from a Christian point of view.
