The shy writer?

For anyone who's ever written anything personal, you know how difficult it is when others read it. It doesn't matter if it's a sentimental birthday card, a love letter, or a note to your son's teacher, when you write something intended to be read by others, there is a sense of dread...and hope. I've been a writer since I could write, but for the first time in my life, I feel like what I have to say should be read. Well, mostly I feel that way on good days.

I am stepping out of my comfo…

Hie Monica

Its been long since i've heard from you. How's your family doing. Hope the Almighty Lord is doing wonders in life. As you alredy should know, Zimbabwe is currenlty under the whole world's spotlight as we have just finished our general elections and the results are yet to be known.
We are all just praying that the Lord intervenes and a government for the people shall rise to lead this nation. We have been under a lot of turmoil with our economy spiralingout of control and we currently stand with an inflation figure of 100 000%, can you believe that.

Well, its really true. All of us in Zim are millionnaies. A loaf of bread coasts 25Million dollars. If the figures had not been slushed with the removal of three zeros, it would have been 25Billion now.

That's the life thatwe are living and we really need god to intervene and restorer our nation to its original place. Without God, we are really nothing.

Christ paid all debts on calvary and we are free of all bondage and sin.

Let us Praise the Lord!!!!!!!

Hello Kim,
Thanks for accepting me as a friend. And thank your for the nice compliment on my kids names. I named my daughter Kaydee after her brothers. "k" is for Kameron (my youngest son) and "d" is for Derek my oldest son.

I did an interactive children's book on CD-ROM in 1995 and the programming, technology, and authorship was the easy part in comparison with marketing and distribution. That's a long story. I learned that "self-publishing" is a tricky thing. I would like to encourage you and other writers to strongly consider publishing your work as an "e-book" for the Amazon Kindle. That is an really new market where there is not a lot of competition.

Blessings,

Hi Kim,

It's great to have another writer in the community. I suppose that we all write at some level. I just finished a very nice writing workshop that was part of a tech conference. It focused on storyboarding for non-fiction. Unless your one of the instruments of God writing scripture through inspiration, procedures like storyboarding really help to organize and clarify.

Blessings to you!
