I'll be praying for you & the kids as well Kimberly. So many kids are being raised by grandparents today. It's really sad. That's awesome that you've taken upon yourself to do this difficult task.

I am going through the same thing, Chip. I am 55 raising my step daughter's kids who are age 5 and 7 due to meth. I am not a kid person and I can't hide my feelings from God, but I know I was put in their lives for a purpose. I will suck it up, put my big girl panties on and love these kids but above all I will teach them God's principles. Please pray for God to give me wisdom and to send me the resources I need to get them excited about learning about God.

Hello everyone, having a blended family can be hard at time. But one thing we should all remember. Its not about the adults its about the children. Which is something we to often forget.
