I thank God for being here today.  It's not by my power but by His grace.  To Him be the glory.  Our fight is not of the flesh but of the Spirit.

Thank You Lord for Your love and protection which You provide for me and my loved ones each day.  Help me to be faithful in my service for You.  I know that with You all things are possible.  Grant each and everyone of us gathered here today, all our needs according to Your gracious will.  Amen.

Thank You for all answered prayers made in Jesus' name.

LORD JESUS, I COME TO YOU IN YOUR PRECIOUS HOLY NAME. I LIFT EACH AND EVERY PRAYER REQUEST UP TO YOU LORD. I ASK THAT YOU ANSWER EACH NEED ACCORDING TO YOUR WILL AND PURPOSE . FATHER I LIFT THOSE UP TO YOU THAT ARE SUFFERING FROM MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES, ADDICTION ISSUES. WHEN DEALING WITH THE ADDICT AND MENTALLY ILL, IT CAN BE A VERY PAINFUL AND DIFFICULT TIME. I PRAY THAT YOU WILL OPEN THE EYES OF YOUR CHILDREN , SO THAT THEY WILL NOT GET CAUGHT UP IN THE MANIPULATION, LIES, AND TRAPS OF THEIR SICKNESS LORD. I PRAY A HEDGE OF PROTECTION ABOVE THEM, BENEATH THEM, BEHIND THEM, AND ALL AROUND THEM. SO MANY TIMES FATHER YOUR GIVING LOVING CHILDREN GET TAKEN IN BY THOSE POOR LOST SOULS. FATHER I PRAY THAT YOU MAKE IT SO CLEAR, THAT YOUR CHILDREN CAN'T MISS IT, IN JESUS NAME. FATHER I LIFT OF ALL OF THE MODERATORS ON AAG, LT ALL OF THOSE WHO WORK SO HARD ON HERE TO MAKE IT A HOLY SANCTUARY FOR ANY AND ALL THAT ENTER LORD. BLESS THEM, PROTECT THEM, LEAD THM AND GUIDE THEM IN JESUS NAME , AMEN

Greetings group,

We have had a situation arise recently that needs to be addressed. First names were given regarding a couple and the request, though I believe presented with the best of intentions, was of the nature that was not acceptable in an open ministry such as this one where everyone is able to read the request who comes to TheNET.

We need to be mindful of how we pray here in this prayer room. Though our best intentions is to pray positively for people some of the requests can be unacceptable in an open format such as this. (i.e. issues with spouses, believed demonic involvement, falling away, to name a brief few as examples).

I realize we like to personalize our request, but our heavenly Father knows exactly who we are talking about. Thus, if we are going to pray for others we need to refrain from using names. Again, I know that sounds odd, but at the same time in a public eye ministry it is necessary. 

If you have any questions please feel free to ask. I will do my best to answer any concerns regarding this.

Please could you pray for Joshua as he has cancer he has to have his third surgery on Tuesday so the doctors are not given him his chemo until after he has recovered enough from the surgery. Joshua is unable to get much sleep as his feet are extremely sore, the doctor's are ginen him morphine but it's not helping him much. He spends a lot of time in bed or in a wheelchair. Joshua went to hospital and at first they thought that he had appendicitis but they found out on Christmas Eve that he had cancer. Tim and Kim his parents have stayed with him since then. Joshua has an intravenous line in to give him some neutreants,  they can't let him home until he is showing improvement in his health and weight. I just pray that God will clear all the cancer from his bowels so he can be a normal 13 year old boy and get back to help to look after his little brother who has autism.

Father I pray for Jake right now, I ask that you bring him deliverance and assurance of healing in the name of Jesus. Lord you said whatsoever we ask of you in Jesus name it will be done, so we ask for Jakes healing in Jesus name. Amen.

UPDATE:  Jake had another leak in his lung during the night and another one this morning.  The hospital in Newport where he is is so small and they don't even have any doctors there.  When an emergency comes in they have to call in a doctor from one of the clinics.  Now they're flying him by helicopter to Sacred Heart in Spokane where he'll have to have more surgery and there's plenty of doctors.  Will keep you all updated.

Thank you for your prayers dear Elaine.  Jake is doing good and might come home tomorrow, Praise God! (The doctor said this happens a lot to tall, lean and lanky people from all the coughing they do because of smoking). Jake is 6'3" and very lean and lanky.  And of course he has to stop smoking.  Loves, Marilyn

My 25 year old grandson, Jake, is in the hospital in surgery now. He has a collapsed lung. There are 5 air pockets that need to be expelled and put back into his lung. It's not terribly serious and he should be home in a couple of days. I am lifting Jake up to the Lord for complete healing. Love, Marilyn
