I live under the commanded blessing of Almighty God.No evil, or misfortune, may befall me, for my Father is ever with me. The joy of the Lord is my strength. It is both a shield and a weapon to me. We thank you for this lunchtime meal,

allowing respite during the miday ordeal.

The day is half over and has become so hectic,

We pray that we remember to You we must stick.
