Love looks for ways to forgive.

Proverbs 10:12 says "Hatred stirs up conflict, but love covers over all wrongs.

This proverb is an example of antithetical parallelism in Hebrew poetry. "Hatred" is contrasted with "love." The "stirring up" is contrasted with a "covering over." And "conflict" is what hatred is promoting, whereas love seeks to make peace by covering "all wrongs." Hatred looks for a fight and refuses to smooth things over, but love desires peace between warring parties and will not be involved in…

Do we love God above all things

People seek love in many places. When we love someone we have so many feelings and emotions for that person. When we fall in love we feel loved, happy, valued, accepted, honored, wanted and protected and we want this person to be in our life all the time and we will reach to the point that we can not live without them. We think of them all the time and we trust them to share our feelings. This person becomes our entire world and we long and desire to be with them. We love them with all our…

You are loved and never forsaken

You are loved and never forsaken

Do you feel as if you are an orphan?

Was there a time you feel left alone and forsaken by those whom you loved the most?

I myself have experience that but don’t you worry, you are not actually forsaken.

Isaiah 49: 14-16 and Hebrews 13:5″ says, our loved ones may leave us alone, they may forsake us, but God gives us an assurance that He will never leave us nor forsake us, He will…

Sowing and Reaping

Sowing and Reaping

“In everything, therefore, treat people the same way you want them to treat you, for this is the Law and the Prophets.  Matthew 7:12

Jesus Himself ask us to treat others the way we want them to treat us, we can not ask them to respect us if we ourselves don’t know how to respect others. We can not ask them to love us, if we ourselves don’t show love, we can not ask them to care for us if we don’t even care for…

Does God smile

When Beverly, the leader of our bible study group, asked, ‘does God smile?’ I realized that I had

never considered this concept, but naturally, her question sparked my curiosity.

We know that God is a Spirit so how can He smile? We learned, also, from the Old Testament,

that He expressed the emotions of displeasure,…

We have So Much Love to Give The World

Hello My wonderful friends. As I am always busy sharing the word of God with the world. Please let me also take time to share with you my love for you also. We that are born of the Spirit have also learned about a deep love for each other. We did not learn this love for each other on are own, but Christ in us has showed us about this love. We have all felt it. And as we are all in the family of God, and having…

Poem: Unfailing Love

O my Lord, it’s another beautiful day;

I’m reminded that Your tender mercies,

have been released for my benefit again.

Having placed my trust only in You,

I pray to walk on paths of righteousness,

which are in accordance with Your Word.

Show me my lesson plan and journey for today,

as I yearn for Your kindhearted companionship.

Allow me to hear this morning’s song,

which resonates with Your… unfailing…

How is your eyesight today?

Today as you go through your day what is your vision telling you? Do your eyes seem to be blurry in seeing others? The guy who cut you off in traffic today was really helping cloud your vision right? The clerk in the store with the wild haircut, how did she appear to you? Your husband/ wife now there is someone who can really give you vision difficulty. Did your eyes focus this morning on Jesus or on you this morning?

From the moment we get up in the morning our eyes start…

Trust must be built...

Matt 10:25 25 Students are to be like their teacher, and slaves are to be like their master. And since I, the master of the household, have been called the prince of demons, the members of My household will be called by even worse names! Have you ever had one of those days? It does not brighten our day when we know others have bad days also. Yet, we are given verses like Heb 2:18 Since He Himself has gone through suffering…

Poem: Can You Really Love Me So?

Inexplicably, my presence invokes your smile

in instances of pure and uncontained joy.

Can You Really Love Me So?

I dare not ask this question aloud -

fearful that you won't confirm our union.

Being together is magical for me;

each shared moment illuminates my life

with Hope's brightest light.

I dare not ask this question aloud -

Can You Really Love Me So?

Our natural chemistry is a catalyst,

igniting passion that comes…

Poem: Grace and Love

Unmerited favor of God

flows continually

and without interruption,

when you are a child of His.

His Love for us is...

Unquestionably unconditional;

however, His Grace is not.

Grace and Love are not equivalent -

We must not endeavor

to confuse these concepts.

God's Word is always steadfast

and is an unmovable truth.

Author Notes:

The standard…

Poem: Why Would You Love Me?

Oh, my Lord...

Why would You love me?

Your greatness exceeds human comprehension

and Your wealth surpasses the Earth's riches.

In Your mind's eye, my life has been viewed

and my judgment awaits its sentencing.

Before my existence, Your Blood was cruelly shed -

spilled for my sins, both conceived and committed.

You made Yourself vulnerable to man's hatred

for saving flawed souls, such as myself.

To leave the comfort of Your heavenly…

Seek..

As I meditate on, Matt 6:33 33Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and He will give you everything you need. And, I read over “The Sermon on the Mount.” Jesus was teaching in Matt 5:17“Don’t misunderstand why I have come. I did not come to abolish the law of Moses or the writings of the prophets. No, I came to accomplish their purpose. They did not know it yet but, this was/is their Messiah. By…

Perception is important

Ps 147:3-5,11 .

and binds up their wounds.

4He determines the number of the stars

and calls them each by name.

His understanding has no…

Children, Their Lost Souls Under Siege

Start children off on the way they should go and even when they are old they will not turn from it.
Proverbs 22:6

Whoever loves discipline loves knowledge, but whoever hates correction is stupid. Proverbs 12:1
Two principles have disappeared from society’s code of morals; children honoring, respecting, listening,…

To many times of late!

This may or may not come as a surprise to anyone but, the enemy does not care about feelings or emotions. In so far as, not wanting to hurt or offend another. It only knows we do. And, it has used this against many of late. I am not able to speak for anyone else, only myself. I know my heart, and I have said it again and again, “if I have offended someone, I have and will always invite them to share that information with me.” To many times of late, have I allowed the enemy room, so I would…

A Love Letter From Jesus To You

Hi all, I thought you might like to see a love letter from Jesus to you.

A Love Letter From Jesus To You

My little child, I love you. (John 15:9)

I have called you by your name, you are mine. (Isaiah 43:1)

Before I formed you, I knew you. And before you were born, I consecrated you. (Jeremiah 1:5).

You did not choose me, I chose you. (John15:16).

Beloved, I wish above all things that you prosper and be in…

Let me live!

Is this what God would have you do:

take away a life its right to live...

prevent a birth into the world

when he has so much to love and give?

I know the sorrow you will feel.

Oh choose the gift of life,  not to destroy!

Hold me in your arms for just a while

and soon your pain will turn to joy.

Did you not know that all my days

were written in God's Great Master Plan?

I was woven together from the depths of earth

long before the… Continue
