I actually am a former member from about late 2009 to early 2010, however my Ministry kept me so busy that i had to depart. i had a group on Spiritual Warfare, which is one of my specialties as is the End Times. Like most Pastors now days, i have been self taught, with my personal library of over 200 books, Charles Haddon Spurgeon and Matthew Henry being my favorite authors/ Preachers, 20 or so assorted Bibles, the 1611 KJV Edition my favorite for reading, but for study i do prefer John MacArthur's study bible, NASB, with his commentaries and notes on the bottom of every page, for every single verse, as well as the concordance and overview of theology in the back, very similar to John Hagees study bible.I also have a vast collection of CDS & DVDS, From Charles Stanley, David Jeremiah, Perry Stone, John MacArthur and so many more. LORD willing, in the fall i hope to be attending Liberty University. My goal is my Bachelors Degree in theology. Everything looks good so far. Being a Disabled Combat War Veteran, Gysgt, USMC Retired does have its benefits. One of my reasons for returning is to put my knowledge to use, as the LORD would have me do, and become part of the staff, capable of serving in various capacities. When I realized I was chating with myself, I busted up laughing. I knew, and just kept on a bit, sorry, but It was like He was showing me humor. I intend to thank them all! I have one that I love to share as well. --- If you ever get a chance to listen to Pastor Steve Gray from World Revival Church in Kansas City, Missouri do not hesitate to go or listen online. Pastor Gray does not pull any punches and you will not go away from his sermon with a warm fuzzy feeling that tells you what a good person you are because somebody just told you what you wanted to hear. What you will get however is the unbridled truth. ------ God Bless and thanks again for the info and tips. I remain steadfast in prayer that our Lord Jesus will come for us soon and put an end to the ways of this world.
