My story with God
Well, I'm not quite sure where to start. Unfortunately, I wasn't raised in the church, my parents were holiday Christians. Simply meaning that we had a form of religion, and at that time only attended church on holidays (Easter, Christmas, etc.) I can remember as if it was yesterday, I was young but so broken. I had been misled, misguided, and misused. I drown my pain in alcohol and violence. I started drinking around the age of 10 years old. Not to justify any of my actions, I am a firm believer that children do as they see and not so much as they are told. I fought all of the time and of course got kicked out of school. My parents never seemed to understand that something was seriously wrong. I was so angry inside I wanted to commit suicide because of what I was exposed to violence, drugs, alcohol, abuse, and molestation and gambling. Then out of the blue my parents began going to church regularly. Eventually, they got saved (I was a teenager at this point.); I didn’t quite know what that meant but I assumed it was a bad thing.
From that point on we were in church every single Sunday and even days during the week (we attended a Holiness Church). I took this like some type of punishment. One day while attempting to leave church to go outside to socialize with the other rebellious teens, a lady stopped me and I will never forget what she said to me. She asked me a question, “Do you know that God wants to use you?”, and then she said God told her to tell me that He wanted to use me in a mighty way. I thought to myself, lady you don’t know the half of it, I am so messed up( I thought to myself) why would anyone want to use me for anything. So I just brushed it off. A few days later, I had a dream about my beloved, deceased grandfather. In my dream he came to me twice the 1st time he came I sobbed so I could not resist from trying to touch him even though he told me not to.
The 2nd time, I tried to control myself. He told me that God had a plan for me and God had something He wanted me to do. He said that it was important that I did what God would tell me to do. Well, the next Sunday, we were in our altar call part of the service and to this day I don’t know how I made it from the back of the church to the altar. When I opened my eyes, I was calling on the name of Jesus, asking Him to save me. And I have been doing what God wanted me to do ever since.

Hello, to all of my new found friends in the Lord. I would like to 1st give thanks to God for seeing fit to lead me to this great website, and for having the opportunity to meet all of you. God is soooooo Great! You know lately God has been speaking to me, that we( His people) need to take our focus off of people, possessions and problems and renew our relationship with Him. I feel that so many times we allow the distractions of the enemy(Satan) to take up so much of our precious time from God. I don't know if you have noticed but there is a change taking place in our world, and the people of God that are sleeping need to wake up! Our Lord and Saviour is soon to return, and the time to prepare for His return is NOW!!!! We can no longer afford to focus on our little petty issues, problems and circumstances. I am a firm believer that the Word of God is TRUE! The Word of God clearly states that if we seek 1st the kingdom of God and His righteousness all these things shall be added unto us. And I have found this to be true through my own experimentation. I use to focus on how my marriage was, and how my children were behaving, and on my lack of finances. Then God broke that verse down to me and I was staring my solution in the face all of these years. WOW!! Isn't that amazing! All we have to do to get what we need in life is to "seek 1st the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added unto us". WOW!! But don't take my word for it, try it for yorself. Just for one week take your focus off of people, possessions, and problems and begin to seek God and His righteousness and with that key unlock the door to all of your needs. You will be amazed at how quickly you prosper from that one principle. Always God bless you! Get Ready, Stay Ready, Help others Get Ready, And Wait For the King's Return!!!!

FOR I, THE LORD YOUR GOD, WILL HOLD YOUR RIGHT
HAND, SAYING TO YOU, "FEAR NOT, I WILL HELP
    YOU."
    ( ISAIAH 41:13 *NKJV )
We often face troubling times in our lives that
cause us to worry, and lose sleep. As a child of God you
have Him at your side, holding your hand, and guiding
your pathway through those times. For, THE LORD IS
    GOOD, A STRONGHOLD IN THE DAY OF TROUBLE;
AND HE KNOWS THOSE WHO TRUST IN HIM.
    ( NAHUM 1:7 )
He will never abandon HIS Children, throughout
their entire lives. For He is always with us no matter
what we may face, as He further promised: WHEN YOU
    PASS THROUGH THE WATERS, I WILL BE WITH YOU;
AND THROUGH THE RIVERS,* THEY SHALL NOT
OVERFLOW YOU. WHEN YOU WALK THROUGH THE
FIRE,* YOU SHALL NOT BE BURNED, NOR SHALL
THE FLAME SCORCH YOU. ( ISAIAH 43:2 )
[*Rivers and *Fire in the verse represent difficulties in our
    lives]
Therefore, FEAR NOT, FOR I AM WITH YOU; BE NOT
DISMAYED, FOR I AM YOUR GOD. I WILL
STRENGTHEN YOU, YES, I WILL HELP YOU, I WILL
UPHOLD YOU WITH MY RIGHTEOUS RIGHT HAND.
    ( ISAIAH 41:10 )
So the next time you face troubling times, do as Jesus
said: "LET NOT YOUR HEART BE TROUBLED; YOU
BELIEVE IN GOD, BELIEVE ALSO IN ME." (JOHN 14:1)
Then WHEN YOU LIE DOWN, YOU WILL NOT BE
AFRAID; YES, YOU WILL LIE DOWN AND YOUR
SLEEP WILL BE SWEET. ( PROVERBS 3:24 )
Now have a great day walking hand and hand with God,
    friend! Amen.

So i started searching people from this site.. en asking God to lead me where do i have send the msg... en i know He allowed it to happen for He knows very well what's inside r heart..He knows our needs..
and i was really amazed upon receiving comments from u my dear friends..God is always in good timing isn't it?
Sometimes, even wer already christians, en saying we surrender our lives to God, tru our attitudes, the way we handle situations in r lives doesn't reflect our christianity...en i'm not exempted in that fact...hehehhehe..but one thing for sure as written in Mty.4:4man does not live on bread alone...but on every Word that comes from the mouth of God..His Words is really what we need daily in r lives..That's why wer here dear friends to strengthen each other... uplift our faith, our believes,en glorify God for all things He has done for us!Let's magnify God, not our problems...prayers r powerful weapon but i know worshipping God all the times is the key of all His Blessings we hev right now, even trials en tribulations can turn into big blessings my friends...
    1Thes.5:16-18: Rejoice,pray en give thanks...
    Praise be to God...
God bless u en ur family...

    One Step At A Time

One step at a time is the best way to go
When going through life and traveling in the direction of your dreams
The best way to get ahead is the simpliest way:
Take one step at a time
    Don’t look over your shoulder
If you do, you’ll feel the weight of all your yesterdays upon you
And don’t worry about what lies ahead
By the time you get to the bend in the road or the crest of the hill
You’re going to be better and stronger than you ever were before
Just go one step at a time
    One day at a time
And you’ll find a rich, thankful life you never thought you could afford….

FROM THE FULLNESS OF HIS GRACE WE HAVE ALL
    RECEIVED ONE BLESSING AFTER ANOTHER.
    ( JOHN 1:16 *NIV )

Always remember to count our blessings each day, and to
thank God for them! For no matter what we have, when we
look around us, we find others who have less! So never feel
sorry for ourself, instead start counting our blessings, for that
    should cheer u up indeed.

Now we know that when things disappoint us, we are sad and
often depressed. However it is written that we should: BE
JOYFUL ALWAYS; PRAY CONTINUALLY; GIVE THANKS IN
ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, FOR THIS IS GOD'S WILL FOR YOU
    IN JESUS CHRIST. ( 1 THESSALONIANS 5:16-18 )

Therefore, never feel that God doesn't hear our prayers
because a prayer isn't answered the way we want, or something
goes wrong in our life. For our Heavenly Father always knows
what is best for us, and: HE WILL NOT LEAVE YOU NOR
    FORSAKE YOU. ( DEUTERONOMY 31:6 )

So my friend, remember to always: GIVE THANKS TO THE
LORD, CALL ON HIS NAME; MAKE KNOWN AMONG THE
NATIONS WHAT HE HAS DONE for you!
    ( 1 CHRONICLES 16:8 )

In closing, MAY THE GRACE OF THE LORD JESUS
CHRIST, AND THE LOVE OF GOD, AND THE
FELLOWSHIP OF THE HOLY SPIRIT BE WITH YOU ALL,
    now and always! Amen! ( 2 CORINTHIANS 13:14 )
