We as priest stand as intercessors for a lost world and we bring them to God with our prayers. this is such a blessed thought to think we are God's holy nation of priest who ourselves have been forgiven.
God bless you sister a priest unto the Lord our God1
Dust if you must.
But wouldn't it be better to paint a picture,
or write a letter, bake a cake, or plant a seed.
Ponder the difference between
want and need.
Dust if you must.
But there is not much time,
with rivers to swim and mountains to climb!
Music to hear, and books to read,
friends to cherish and life to lead.
Dust if you must.
But the world's out there
with the sun in your eyes, the wind in your hair, a flutter
of snow, a shower of rain.
This day will not come round again.
Dust if you must.
But bear in mind, old age will come
and it's not kind. And when you go, and go you must,
you, yourself, will make more dust.
Remember,
a house becomes a home when you can write
"I love you" on the furniture.
Hi Christy.. thanks God i'm back.. although i seldom used to reply in your continious Bible Verses.. you keep on sending, your always in my heart.. because God gave you to be the instrument of spreading His Words.. a good life is when you assume nothing, do more, needless, smile often, dream big, laugh a lot & realize how Blessed you are for what you have.. regards ... i love you & Godbess!!!
hi christy! thank you very much...you know no matter has been taken away from you..no matter what you've lost or experience in the past, if you give it over to God, He will return to you more than you could ask or imagine.. He'll make things right & give you more than what was lost in you in good faith.. God is really goo. and thanks & regards..
Tithe is the tenth part of the spoils (Hebrew 7: 4). The spoils mean the net profit of income. The tithe can be recall as the tenth part of the net profit.
God instituted the law of tithe as payment to the service rendered in the tabernacle of the congregation (Numbers 18: 20-26). It has been observed that the main service by the priest in the tabernacle of congregation was offerings of gift and sacrifices (Hebrews 5:11) and tithes was made for the payment of the services (Numbers 18: 21) (Numbers 18: 31).
Many prophets have talked about the tithes from Genesis to Malachi (Malachi 3: 10). The tithe was paid to only the workers of the tabernacle of the congregation. These people were choosing by God himself. These were Levites (numbers 18: 6). Levites are children of Levi. Levites are one of the twelve children of Israel (Jacob) (Genesis 35: 23).
The death of Jesus is the new covenant sacrifice and made once and for all (Hebrews 9: 11). Jesus Christ is the sacrificial lamb and High priest, did the work of sacrifice (Ephesians 5:2) had gone to the place holy of holies once and for all believers (Christians) (Hebrews 9: 11). The one given out the work had done the work by himself. Jesus Christ been the High priest, had made every Christian a priest according to the new covenant by blood.
If the service for tithe has been done by our Lord Jesus Christ then why collection and payment of tithes? Those who collect tithes are they also some of Israelites. There was imperfection of in the Leviticus priesthood, in the old covenant that was why Jesus Christ brought the new covenant.
Under the Leviticus priesthood, there was a law of tithes. As the Levitical priesthood was changed, there was made of necessity a change also of the law of tithe (Hebrews 7: 11-12). Even Jesus Himself the sign of the new covenant did not make himself a Levite. He came from Judah (Hebrews 7: 13-14), (genealogy book of Jesus Christ Mathew 1: 1-17).
Then why those who follow Jesus Christ made themselves Levites?
The new covenant (death of Jesus Christ) has come to cancel the former commandment (commandment of tithe) because of its weakness and unprofitableness (Hebrew 7:18).
Remember when Jesus Christ was alive; the old covenant was not canceled. Mark 1: 41- 45). It was His (Jesus Christ) death stops and cancels the old covenant (Ephesians 2:15) therefore Christians people has Jesus as the Lord and saviour, are not to pay or receive tithe. The Law of tithe was cancelled by the death of our Lord Jesus Christ.
So if you receive or pay tithe you disrespect the death of Jesus Christ and therefore the question is are you a Christian?
Today Pastors of Churches take themselves as Levities. This is not biblical because according to Ephesians 4:11, the Lord gave some people to be pastors, just for edifying the body of Christ (Ephesians 4: 11-12) but not made them to replace Levites. Even the Lord Jesus himself is not a Levite. He came from Judah (Hebrews 7: 13 – 14). The work of the Lord Jesus Christ must be done the way the Lord Himself had done it. Receiving the Lord as personal Saviour is not a work done by any body but the Lord Himself through us. A Christian, a Holy Ghost person, must understand that by receiving the Lord Jesus is done by the Lord Himself.
It is a gift through the grace of the Lord Himself. If we received this fair share from Christ, do we give it to others for money. Acts 8:20). We do Christ work without a charge. Jesus Christ who works through us has been blessing and remunerating us through diver’s means.
Why you Pastor collect tithe from people tithes from people because of our Lord Jesus Christ. Apostles did not eat anyone’s bread free of charge but worked night and day that they might not be a burden to anyone (II Thessalonians 3:8 ) and have commanded every Christian to work and eat their own bread and withdraw from people who are in disorderedly manner , not working at all but are busy bodies.
(II Thessalonians 9: 14- 18)
The command of the Lord that the labour is worthy of his wages (Mathew 10: 9 – 11, Luke 10:7, Corinthians 9: 14) implies any gift given out to you because of Christ work you because of Christ work you must not deny it. The Lord was not talking about the tithe. Please we should not abuse the authorities given to us in Christ. The gospel must be given out without charge.
(1 Corinthians9: 14-18) (1 Corinthians 9: 18)
Please I just want us (believers of Jesus Christ) to hold onto our faith (which Satan wants to dismantle) strongly till the day of our redemption.
We should be careful not to let men spoil us through philosophy and vain deceit, after tradition of men, after rudiments of the world and not after Christ (Colossians 2: 8)

Hi Dear Sister,
I have been resting a bit today preparing for a Seminar on the Holy Spirit that I will be doing all day Saturday at my church.
I am so thrilled by how my new believers group is going. We have had one man give his life to the Lord after 4 classes, and now he has brought a friend who has also joined the group. We are using a wonderful course called; The Alpha Course. We will conclude June 10th, but will do it again in the fall.
I hope all is well with you and that God is keeping you healthy and and strong so you can continue to share each day.
My prayer for you is that The Holy Spirit will bless you always, and that HHe would pour the love of God into your soul like never before. May His joy become your joy, in the name of Jesus, amen.
thank you christy.. yes you're always included in my prayers.. all my friends in Christ! you know life comes just once so lets make the most of it.. God didn't give us everything to enjoy life but He gave us life to enjoy everything inspite of all our trials. Faith & Prayers are invisible but they can make impossible things possible. It's God part to do the wonders.. Ours is the simplest part to Trust & Pray..Godbless!!!

Hi Sister, You hit it wright when you said the opposite of love is selfishness. The pillers of love are kindness and patiences. God help us not to be selfish, but to have the love of God flowing through our lives. Be blessed always dear Christy.
Limitations on time and internet exposure limits me sourly my sister. I therefore stand accused rightly by you for in the past few months, I have not been able to leave you comments (together with all other brethren here) as I was commissioned by my Father in heaven. What is not true however is that we are drifting apart for Christ's love continues to mould us together into one...as He and the Father are one. I have missed you terribly and be rest assured that you have been in my thoughts, heart and prayers.
I have been praying unceasingly for Indonesia just as I swore to God I would always do. I must say that I have a lot to catch up with from your side. Just seeing those beautiful pictures you recently aploaded makes me feel like a stranger to you...which is not good. Wayan and Dayana look like such a fantastic couple!
Christie, I would really love to know how you are progressing spiritually. Kindly, maintain the fight for the devil hates all those who have set themselves apart for the Lord. A lot has happened in my life too...things that break and humble someone! I wish we could have time to share. Please pray the God grants the time and the means so to do.
Well, seems I can only say so much for today. Anytime I get time, I will make sure I have something small to bless your life. You are still a valued friend my dear. God bless you so much! Amen.
Pst. Bernhard C.
Ps: do you know that nowadays I can speak passable Indonesian? Yes, I can for I have been reading the teach-yourself-books you sent us. That should prove to you that though apart, we are always together.
It is so nice to get to read your timely reply. You are right that we must always pray and never faint for the devil prowls after the elect day and night! We have Christ and His Spirit to cover us so we need not fear anything> We are overcomers.
You remain strong in my heart and prayers. God bless always.
The Lord continues to shower us all with His amazing grace. His love is indeed everlasting. When I sit down during my silent moments and think about His wonderful love...and the gift of love to all who received His only begotten son, I can't help but marvel that He found poor me to be worthy of His salvation. We live today only because His unconditional love made Him die in our stead.
I love my God all the more when I become alive to the fact that He sustains you in His knowledge in a country where His light is fought day and night...even brutally. Christie, I pray that God's Spirit reveals to you fully the power we wield: not by strength of arms...but on our knees through prayer! Nothing can stand against us for CHRIST IS FOR US and WORKS THROUGH US, wow! We are mightily blessed. I draw a lot of strength nowadays from my American sister Actual Maureen. Through her selflessness, I have come to know a honest reflection of being a true imitator of Christ. I draw lots of inspiration from you too Christie for you are truly one in a million. Kindly remember my spiritual mom Nienie in your prayers for she is in the midst of some real trying moments financially. She is the bravest woman alive though...and her faith hasn't waned an inch!
I always thank God for you wonderful women who have touched our lives significantly.

I want to try hard to beat the devil at his own game of keeping God's children away from each other. How is Jakarta..and what of your godly daughters? I hope your church is making strides my dear. We also continue to be strong in His love. God bless you always.
Dearest Christy, Life is hard, but God is Good.
We endure much suffering in this life, it seems like trouble follows us. But we have some one who is always with us and will never leave or forsake us.
I would have given up a long time ago if the Lord wasn't with me. We must press on until our race is finished for the glory of God. Holy Spirit is always close to us and is always encouraging us every day that we are going to make it to the finish line where we will be told well done good and faithful servant.
Dear Father touch Christy today in a special way, show her you great love for her and strengthen her, heal her, and poor you love and peace into her heart, in Jesus name amen
This is one of the lessons from the Love Dare book and spoke to me so much and thought it would be a great encouragement for you.
Love Is Responsible, It is all about personal responsibility. It is something we all agree others should have, but we struggle to maintain it our selves.
To find an example of some one who has an excuse for every action, all we have to do is look in the mirror. We are so quick to justify our motives, so quick to reflect criticism, so quick to find fault, especially with those who are closes to us.
We tend to believe that our view s are correct, at least more correct than others who are close to us. We can't believe that anyone given the same circumstances as we are in would act any different than we are.
As far as we are concerned we feel we are doing the best we can, and we think that those who are close to us ought to be glad that we are as good to them as we are.
But love does not pass the blame so easily to justify selfish motives. Real love is more concerned with personal need, more than personal performance.
When love takes responsibility for it's actions, its not to prove how noble we are, but it admits how far we have to go to become a loving man of God.
Love does not make excuses, love keeps working to make a difference in self and others.
What might happen in your relationship with others if we really listened to them instead of working up come backs while they are talking?
What would happen if we stopped passing blame and admitted our wrongs?
Love is responsible and is willing to admit and correct its faults. and errors up front.
We have to do this to others and to God. Take responsibility for for the wrong things we have done and stop passing blame on others and God for our own wrong doing.
This does not mean that the other person is always right, we are not called to be door mats. Pride is resistant to responsibility , but humility and honesty before God is crucial for healthy relationships.
Can others say that we have wronged or wounded them and not made things right with them? I have to really do a soul search to see if this is my case.
It is time to correct offences with others and God and repair the damage we have done. It is an act of love. God does not want offences to create walls between each other.
It may be the most difficult thing you have ever done to make things right with others, and with God but it will be worth it all. God wants us to be free to love others and to love him this can't happen if we hand on to these petty things
Thank you Christy for being '' you'' and letting Jesus shine out of you in the beautiful way that He does ,i love to read the blessings you send us and they are a nice and gentle reminder of where we should be heading ,i am writing just to let you know that i am still here and that you and your country are still in my prayers .I know you are truly blessed and i know you carry your blessings well ,and I am so glad you share your thoughts and blessings ,in the way that you do ,may God keep shining His light on to you ,because you do such a good job radiating it out to others, thank you again and may God keep blessing you from a friend who does'nt write to you enough ,but a friend just the same, allways ,Andrew

Hi Sister, You hit it wright when you said the opposite of love is selfishness. The pillers of love are kindness and patiences. God help us not to be selfish, but to have the love of God flowing through our lives. Be blessed always dear Christy. In the great and wonderful love of Jesus

Continue being in touch...and God bless always.

Dearest Christy, Life is hard, but God is Good.We endure much suffering in this life, it seems like trouble follows us.

This is one of the lessons from the Love Dare book and spoke to me so much and thought it would be a great encouragement for you.Love Is Responsible, It is all about personal responsibility.
In the love of Jesus
