Heavenly Father, I lift my family -my wife Chit, daughters Bea Margaret and Gilda Monica, grandson Kian, helpers Joy and Arlene, up to You and ask that You put a hedge of protection around them. Protect their spirit, body, mind, and emotions from any kind of evil or harm. I pray specifically for protection from accidents, disease, injury, or any other physical, mental, or emotional abuse. I pray that they will make their refuge "in the shadow of Your wings" until "these calamities have passed by" (Psalm 57:1). Hide them from any kind of evil influences that would come against them. Keep them safe from any hidden dangers and let no weapon formed against them able to prosper. Thank you, Lord, for your many promises of protection. Help them to walk in Your ways and in obedience to Your Will so that they never come out from the umbrella of that protection. Keep them safe in all they do and wherever they go. I also pray Father that You give me the same hedge of protection. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.

Dear Brother,
I am so sorry to hear about the physical pain you going through. I have had chronic pain myself for over 3 years and am on 3 different medicines to cope. I am seeing a pain specialist this month to see if there is some better treatments that do not have so many side effect.

I also am hoping for God to heal me and God has given me a passion to pray for others in pain.

So I pray for you brother that the God of grace would give you grace and help in your time of need. I pray that He will heal you from the top of your head to the souls of your feet, that you would be able to tell everyone that the Lord has healed me for the glory of God.

I also bind up all the works of darkness that could be causing this pain. I cover you with the blood of Jesus and declare that no evil shall come near your body.

Father I thank you that Felixpadua is your child and that you love him as a father loves his child. Father God will you do this for this your child, will you pour your love into his heart like never before, Holy Spirit fill him to overflowing and give him the joy of the Lord and the peace that passes all understanding. thanks for your good wishes, yes it would be great to meet up some day. Ref: moving to Canada, well its far from easy and one of the resons I am depressed. There are a number of ways you can try, but I had to prove that I could start a business that would benefit Canada/ They have a good website that gives a lot of immigration information. Sadly there is nothing that I camn suggest but will give it some thought. Tell me about yourself, I would be very interested.

Remove the pain he is feeling in his body and heal him so that he may get on with Your plans for him and fulfill Your purpose for him. Seek his face continually, the face of our unseen God was presented to us in all his glory as Jesus Christ. Know that there every burden you face was taken apon the Lord and nailed to the cross!!
And allthough your body is born of Adam, your soul is born of our Father most high!
We recognise a person by their name and by their face, and Jesus was sent to us to show us infact the very face (nature) of our Father in all that he did and all that he represented!
Once you understand our Fathers true nature as the one whom holds you in his heart, with every good intention and every power and desire to provide you with all that you need you will understand that what ever you are going through right now is only a moment and that he will bring you through it.
Stand on his promises and praise even in the darkest times of your life, because he said if you draw near to him he will draw near to you.
Guard yourself with the armour of God against this and any attack, pray, and if you are able read your bible, seek God first in all that you do and all else will follow.
Have faith not it that which you wish to come to pass, but in the very nature of your Father and his love for you, meditate on this and your suffering will pass in time.

Question: "Why does God allow sickness?"

Answer: The issue of sickness is always a difficult one to deal with. The key is remembering that God's ways are higher than our ways (Isaiah 55:9). When we are suffering with a sickness, disease, or injury, we usually focus solely on our own suffering. In the midst of a trial of sickness, it is very difficult to focus on what good God might bring about as a result. Romans 8:28 reminds us that God can bring about good from any situation. Many people look back on times of sickness as times when they grew closer to God, learned to trust Him more, and/or learned how to truly value life. This is the perspective God has because He is sovereign and knows the end result.

This does not mean sickness is always from God or that God always inflicts us with sickness to teach us a spiritual lesson. In a world tainted by sin, sickness, disease, and death will always be with us. We are fallen beings, with physical bodies prone to disease and illness. Some sickness is simply a result of the natural course of things in this world. Sickness can also be the result of a demonic attack. The Bible describes several instances when physical suffering was caused by Satan and his demons (Matthew 17:14-18; Luke 13:10-16). So, some sickness is not from God, but from Satan. Even in these instances, God is still in control. God sometimes allows sin and/or Satan to cause physical suffering. Even when sickness is not directly from God, He will still use it according to His perfect will.

It is undeniable, though, that God sometimes intentionally allows, or even causes sickness to accomplish His sovereign purposes. While sickness is not directly addressed in the passage, Hebrews 12:5-11 describes God disciplining us to "produce a harvest of righteousness" (verse 11). Sickness can be a means of God's loving discipline. It is difficult for us to comprehend why God would work in this manner. But, believing in the sovereignty of God, there is no other option than suffering being something God allows and/or causes.

The clearest example of this in Scripture is found is Psalm 119. Notice the progression through verses 67, 71, and 75 - "Before I was afflicted I went astray, but now I obey your word...It was good for me to be afflicted so that I might learn your decrees...I know, O LORD, that your laws are righteous, and in faithfulness you have afflicted me." The author of Psalm 119 was looking at suffering from God's perspective. It was good for him to be afflicted. It was faithfulness that caused God to afflict him. The result of the affliction was so that he could learn God's decrees and obey His Word.

Again, sickness and suffering is never an easy thing to deal with. One thing is for sure, sickness should not cause us to lose faith in God. God is good, even when we are suffering. Even the ultimate of suffering—death—is an act of God's goodness. It is hard to imagine that anyone who is in Heaven as a result of sickness or suffering regrets what they went through in this life.

One final note—when people are suffering, it is our responsibility to minister to them, care for them, pray for them, and comfort them. When a person is suffering, it is not always appropriate to emphasize that God will bring good out of the suffering. Yes, that is the truth. However, in the midst of suffering, it is not always the best time to share that truth. Suffering people need our love and encouragement, not necessarily a reminder of sound biblical theology.

If i may know, what sickness do you have? I also hv problem with health, i was diagnosed cancer on 2007. Now is in remission. God is my protector, my redemer. tho i dont know wht is HIS plan.
