Thank you for your e-mails. To be honest, I don't really understand the meaning of your joke. I am not native speaker, so, it's a little bit difficult to understand. You know a few Japanese words. Where did you learn? I am so busy today, and now I' ve found time for Internet. God bless you! In Christ, Masaaki

Hi Felixpadua, How are you, thanks for the joke, it is really funny. At least you have something cheering to smile about, in these perilous times. It is good to cheer each other up and come against every spirit of depression. Keep trusting in the Lord, He is still on the throne in spite of all odds. Cheers.

    Caution... They Walk Among Us!
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Some guy bought a new fridge for his house. To get rid of his old fridge, he put it in his front yard and hung a sign on it saying: 'Free to good home. You want it, you take it.' For three days the fridge sat there without even one person looking twice at it. He eventually decided that people were too un-trusting of this deal.
It looked too good to be true, so he changed the sign to read: 'Fridge for sale $50.'

The next day someone stole it!

While looking at a house, my brother asked the estate agent which direction was north because, he explained, he didn't want the sun waking him up every morning. She asked, 'Does the sun rise in the north?' When my brother explained that the sun rises in the east, and has for sometime, she shook her head and said, 'Oh, I don't keep up with that stuff'

My colleague and I were eating our lunch in our cafeteria, when we overheard one of the administrative assistants talking about the sunburn she got on her weekend drive to the beach. She drove down in a convertible, but 'didn't think she'd get sunburned because the car was moving'.

hello, this one is from jeff, not an original one but a story full of spiritual lesson. i am passing it to you.

    WET PANTS

Come with me to a third grade classroom..... There is a nine-year-old kid sitting at his desk and all of a sudden, there is a puddle between his feet and the front of his pants are wet. He thinks his heart is going to stop because he cannot possibly imagine how this has happened. It's never happened before, and he knows that when the boys find out he will never hear the end of it. When the girls find out, they'll never speak to him again as long as he lives.

The boy believes his heart is going to stop; he puts his head down and prays this prayer, 'Dear God, this is an emergency! I need help now! Five minutes from now I'm dead meat.'

He looks up from his prayer and here comes the teacher with a look in her eyes that says he has been discovered.

As the teacher is walking toward him, a classmate named Susie is carrying a goldfish bowl that is filled with water. Susie trips in front of the teacher and inexplicably dumps the bowl of water in the boy's lap.

The boy pretends to be angry, but all the while is saying to himself, 'Thank you, Lord! Thank you, Lord!'

Now all of a sudden, instead of being the object of ridicule, the boy is the object of sympathy. The teacher rushes him downstairs and gives him gym shorts to put on while his pants dry out. All the other children are on their hands and knees cleaning up around his desk. The sympathy is wonderful. But as life would have it, the ridicule that should have been his has been transferred to someone else - Susie.

She tries to help, but they tell her to get out. You've done enough, you klutz!'

Finally at the end of the day, as they are waiting for the bus, the boy walks over to Susie and whispers, 'You did that on purpose, didn't you?' Susie whispers back, 'I wet my pants once too.'

May God help us see the opportunities that are always around us to do good.

Remember -Just going to church doesn't make you a Christian any more than standing in your garage makes you a car.

Each and everyone one of us is going through tough times right now, but God is getting ready to bless you in a way that only He can. Keep the faith.

My instructions were to pick four (4) people that I wanted God to bless, and I picked you. Please pass this to at least four (4) people you want to be blessed and a copy back to me.

This prayer is powerful, and prayer is one of the best gifts we receive. There is no cost but a lot of rewards. Let's continue to pray for one another.

    The Prayer:

Father, I ask You to bless my friends, relatives and those that I care deeply for, who are reading this right now. Show them a new revelation of Your love and power. Holy Spirit, I ask You to minister to their spirit at this very moment. Where there is pain, give them Your peace and mercy. Where there is self-doubt, release a renewed confidence through Your grace. Where there is need, I ask you to fulfill their needs. Bless their homes, families, finances, their goings and their comings. Amen.

If the Lord lays upon your heart to send this to more than four '4' people, you are truly blessed)

Would you like to receive Jesus Christ as your savior? If you would, you can pray a prayer like this:

“Jesus, I need you. I repent for the life I’ve lived apart from you. Thank you for dying on the cross to take the penalty for my sins. I believe you are God’s Son and I now receive you as my Savior and Lord. I commit my life to follow you.”

    Did you pray this prayer?
  • Lady Adele

Thank you for the story, being a teacher I can relate to classroom situations and am blessed to see that others are interested in my faith development. AMEN!

As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.

    DIRECTIONS TO OUR FATHER'S HOUSE.

Make a Right onto Believeth Blvd.

Keep straight and go through the Green Light, which is Jesus Christ.

There, you must turn onto the Bridge of Faith , which is over troubled water.

When you get off the bridge, make a Right turn and Keep Straight.

You are on the King's Highway - Heaven-bound.

Keep going for three miles: One for the Father, One for the Son, and One for the Holy Ghost.

Then exit off onto Grace Blvd. .

From there, make a Right turn on Gospel Lane

Keep Straight and then make another Right on Prayer Road

As you go on your way, Yield Not to the traffic on Temptation Ave.

Also, avoid SIN STREET because it is a DEAD END.

Pass up Envy Drive and Hate Avenue

Also, pass Hypocrisy Street, Gossiping Lane , and Backbiting Blvd.

However, you have to go down Long-suffering Lane , Persecution Blvd. and Trials and Tribulations Ave.

But that's all right, because VICTORY Street is straight ahead!

    AMEN!!!!!

SEND THESE DIRECTIONS TO YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY SO THEY WILL NOT GET LOST.

Life is God's gift to you. The way you live it............is your gift to God.

    from prayerquake-

    So, how do we pray?

The followers of Jesus approached him with a simple request, "Lord, teach us to pray, as John taught his disciples." (Luke 11:1) Obviously, the followers were confused and wanted their teacher to help them in their prayer life. They knew John the Baptist was teaching prayer to his disciples, so what might Jesus teach them? Most probably, these followers had witnessed Jesus praying in many places. Perhaps they had observed how prayer informed and impacted his life. Jesus embodied love and lived with a deep connection to God. How might they experience the presence of God in their life? These questions remain helpful today. Let us continue to learn from Jesus.

Prayer: A Conversation with a Loving Parent

Jesus shocked his disciples request for a lesson about prayer by beginning with the following words, "When you pray, say, 'Abba'. . ." In a single word, Jesus changed our human understanding of prayer and our approach to God. This word 'Abba' can be translated by a familiar slang of 'daddy' or 'papa'. Abba reflects much more of a loving, doting parent who wants to hear the thoughts and feelings of a child. No longer does God need to be seen as a distant, inapproachable judge waiting to condemn.

Instead, we are invited to approach God in prayer like a child who speaks to a loving parent. We offer to God our joys, hurts, wonderment, confusion, disappointment and all that we experience in this life. We extend our thanksgiving to God who listens to every word - the ranting and raving as well as the praise and joy. Like young children, our words of prayer to God might be blurted in phrases, ramblings, or single words. Some of our prayers might flow in complete, complex sentences or perhaps like poetry. Other times, there are no words. The pain is too deep. Like children, we cry, point to our wounds and sigh in silence, because there simply are no words to express the depth of our pain. (Romans 8:26-27) Like a loving parent who listens to a child, God hears. Yes, God truly listens to our prayers!

Hello felix. My wife and I own a business with a mission to build community, one dinner table at a time. At our store, we make it easy, convenient and economical for families to put fresh, home-cooked meals on their dinner tables. Beyond the store, for every 10 meals our guests take home, we make an eleventh meal and work with local organizations to get those meals in the hands of families that need them.

    Bless you.

The Urantia Book is the best commentary of the BIBLE that I have ever read.
As a youth, I had trouble understanding the BIBLE.
When I read The Urantia Book, it opened up my understanding of the BIBLE, GOD and JESUS CHRIST.
As a result, I wholeheartedly committed my life to the Will of GOD.
GOD inspired me to write my debut Speculative Spiritual Fantasy novel entitled IVORY JOINS THE REAPING WORLD WIND as a way to interest the uninterested in JESUS CHRIST.
There are millions of people on our world who might not respond to JESUS via mainstream Christianity.
In these end times, the angels and celestials are promoting JESUS CHRIST in new and daring ways to reach everyone before the final curtain rises...

Hello,Felix I hope this finds you well across the miles,it's good to to see someone on here with a sense of the good old humour.I 'm afraid I hav'nt had a camera on me for the last couple of black sheep i've shorn I will have to work on that one ,mabe I will be able to put a photo of me shearing a brown alpaca instead just give me some time and we will see what eventuates .About that dog, I think the only reason she had a sad face on ,was because she would have preferred me to be scratching her tum tum instead of me getting her to pose for a dumb camera shot but ah well that's the breaks. It is good to write to you and I hope you are winning many hearts to Christ with your humour ,Godspeed and keep well "mate".
