How are you?

This is Paige, another moderator here on TheNet, and Im very blessed to have you join our community of believers, as we grow in the love and wisdom of our Lord . Its soo neat to meet new friends here from all around the world . You will find TheNet a safe place to get to know other believers and share your love and life in Christ.

I really like it here because its a great online source of Christian information,and fellowship. When I find it hard to get out of the house or hard to get to church, I get online and get "filled" with His word and all the other believers and thier prayers. Its soo good to know that when Im hurting there are others that are too and in need of the same love and support I do from the Lord. Praise God for His work on the Cross!!! We are all one body now and can work together to heal and help other members.

Also, Id like to invite you to come over and visit us in the Womens Group where women from all ages and all walks of life come to encourage and be encouraged to help, and be helped, to share thier wisdom with other women , and get prayer that we all need as women to continue in our faith and the path God has set before us all.

Hello again Vicki!!
I had to add that I am a wife and a mother of a 3 year old and a 8 month old. I struggle as a Christian mother too because I didnt grow up in a Christian home either. I had NO religious, or faith based background at all growing up. My parents werent Athiests or anything, but God, and church werent really that "important" I guess. i have been a Christian noe for 7 years and Im still learning. Especially since IM a mom now, I have ALOT to learn, and still trying not to beat myself up too much about what I dont know or dont do. I think you know what Im trying to say. I get scared that my kids will turn out like me so I am doing all I can to not allow that to happen. I made HUGE mistakes as a non christian. I was totally "OF THE WORLD" if you want to put it that way. So since now that my kids are in a christ centered family, I am hoping they will not make the same mistakes. Maybe you can help me in how to be a mom. I am learning that not all moms are perfect, but I do beleive we as Christian moms can help one another in certain ways. I am glad to have you here and I just want ed to encourage you that you are notthe only Christian mom that wasnt brought up Christian. We can do this together sista!!!
