The obove picture is what our leaves look like right now soon it will be breath taking to see the beautiful colors on the mountains. I remember being a child and feeling sad when the leaves fall off and the trees looked dead. I never knew that it was the way God designed the trees to survive through the winter with the heavy snow without their branches being all broke off.It brings great comfort to my heart when I see his care for his creation, we are all part of something wonderful and think if He cares for the trees won't He also take care of us through the seasons of our lives.

Greetings in Christ's light. How have you been since we last spoke? Do you know that God calls us all to be light unto the world? Stupid question I suppose... I have been pushed down by forces from our adversary but Christ's grace has proved to be sufficient to enable me stand and fight His wars. There is nothing better than that, I can tell you. Absolutely nothing my sister...
I have been reading the Bible more and more these last few days (talk of blessings in the middle of adversity!). I have just discovered a new sufficiency in the Holy Book that had escaped me previously. Do you know what it really means to live as per John 3:30? Christ underwent many heart-crushing trials but He triumphed over them all by being obedient unto His Father. Our joy can only becomplete when we allow Christ to increase in us and our natural selves to diminish. Are you ready to live as Christ?...Then be prepared to suffer persecution and rejection...even fro those closest to you Christy. Dear, isn't Christianity funny sometimes? We win by losing in the eyes of men, wow!
How are Dee, Linskie and the rest? Angela has been so quiet. There are times when I hope against hope that your call means that we can talk only to realise that it is the usual miscall! Remember, we defeat satan more through the spoken WORD! speak and see miracles happen!!!!

Hi Christy I was going to comment on your devotional, but the lord stopped me and wanted me to take some time to encourage you in the Lord.James 5:13 If any of you are having trouble, pray.
If you are happy, sing psalms.
Colossians 3:16 Let the word of Christ richly dwell within you, with all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another with psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with thankfulness in your hearts to God.
Ephesians 5:19 speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody with your heart to the Lord;
In these verses we see learning is a joyful thing, by singing spiritual songs, by making melody in our hearts, and having a thankful heart.
For me sister nothing lifts me up more than singing and rejoicing in the Lord. When I was younger I was a part of a group of men who would do Jewish dancing during worship. It was a wonderful expearence to just dance and sing and be joyful in the Lord.
People in the world need to know that we are a joyful people, who have the joy of the Lord which is our strength.
My mother in-law passed away a few years ago and this lady had the joy of the Lord. She would dance in church and would worship in the isle on her knees.
So today my sister I want to encourage you to allow the joy of the Lord to well up in you and overflow in the name of Jesus. I pray for the joy these scriptures discribe to come forth from my dear sister this day.
Show here the wonders of your glories and bless her indeed in the name of Jesus.

Hi dear sister, I also notice some different things happening on the net. AAG does not have alot of control over what the Ning Network does when it makes changes. We have to just learn how to do things differently,I want to encourage you tat the beginning of this new week.

It meant alot to get a personal message from you. I get all the other stuff, but it means alot that you sent me a personal one. I sure missed all of you here on All About God. The Lord led me to get offline and concentrate on some other areas in my life that needed more of my attention by causing a virus to attack my computer. I was mad at first, but I now know it was all God!!! I am doing alot better than when you last spoke with me. I love my church, and I have met alot of wonderful God fearing Christian mothers that I can hang with. We do the playgroup thing and I help out in Childrens ministry, so it helps me and my kids to be connected like that. So, Im feeling better. How are you? I love your pictures. Now, theses are all your children and grandchildren I assume? I cant remember. Im sorry. You were a stay at home mom too,right? You always had encouraging words to say to me. I still struggle with motherhood, Im sorry. I wish I knew what I was doing. Do you know a good book I could get that would help me? I am still taking any advice I can get!!! Anyway, I love oyu and I have missed you!!
