LIFE'S LITTLE LESSONS...

- but it takes a lifetime to forget someone.

Happiness lies for those who cry,
those who hurt,
those who have searched
and those who have tried.
For only they can appreciate the importance
of people who have touched their lives.

Love is when you take away the feeling,
the passion, the romance
and find out you still care for that person.
A sad thing about life is that when you meet
someone who means a lot to you
only to find out in the end that it was never
bound to be and you just have to let go.

Love starts with a smile,
develops with a kiss
and ends with a tear.
Love comes to those who still hope
even though they've been disappointed,
to those who still believe
even though they've been betrayed,
need to love those who still love,
even though they've been hurt before.
It hurts to love someone,
and not to be loved in return
but what is most painful is to love someone
and never finds the courage
to let the person know how you feel.

The brightest future will always
be based on a forgotten past.
You can't go on well in life until you let go
of your past failures and heartaches.

Never say goodbye when you still want to try;
Never give up when you still feel you can take it;
Never say you don't love that person anymore
when you can't let go.

Giving someone all your love
is never an assurance that they'll love you back.
Don't expect love in return,
just wait for it to grow in their hearts
but if it doesn't,
be content it grew in yours.

There are things you love to hear
but you would never hear it from
the person whom you would like to hear it from,
but don't be deaf to hear it from the person
who says it with his heart.

When you were born, you were crying
and everyone around you was smiling.
Live your life to the fullest so that when you die,

Where are YOUR poems & writings? I would like to see more of that. I know what you have to say would really touch peoples's hearts!

I look thru the forum at what people are discussing. I look for where the subject of what God has given me FITS. Or start a discussion, like I did with a poem. Type it out and make a comment about it, then ask the question, what does ".............."(a line from it.) mean to you? If you just want to put it as a comment on my page that's great too. But then only my friends will read it. There are a lot of suffering, fearful, addicted people who surf these pages! It's not just Christians who come here. Love ya! have a blessed day!

Now that would be cool! It would have to be sort of a big tube for me, Ha! Stargate looks fun too! That walking thru a giant horseshoe with blinking lights and everything disolving into liquid. it would take a little courage the first time tho.

I know what you mean! I hate the ugly way man makes the future look. Like the Matrix, YUCK! Jeanie saw all the prophetic messages in it, I saw YUCK! I like trees & gardens & birds singing & flowers & children swining on old tire swings. My son took picture of buidings when he was in L.A. I thought, why? He does have a good eye tho.

I 100% agree give me green grass and singing birds and waterfalls and brillant sunrises anyday over high rises, where everything is made of steel, and we drive flying cars and everything is dark and miserable....at that point i say take me home JESUS!

SEVEN WEAPONS OF PRAYER



We have seven keys of prayer; they are arrows that destroy the enemies. The bible says in Ephesians 6:10 that “For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, authorities,against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in heavenly realms.Therefore put on the full amour of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand on your grand, and after you have done everything, to stand”
The first weapon or armour of Prayer is THE WORD OF GOD. The word of God is living and active. sharper than any double edge sword, it penetrates to the dividing soul and the spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart, souls and spirit, both joints and marrow (Hebrews 4:12).
The word of God is the first weapon of prayer .Jesus quoted the word to defect Satan when he tempted Jesus Christ. You have to quote the word of God in your prayer. It is powerful weapon in prayer.
The next one is faith: 1John 5:4 says, “For everyone born of God over come the world. This is the victory that has over comes the world, even our faith” (and Ephesians 6: 16).With faith you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil, that will be throne against you.
The powerful weapon is the name Jesus. Philippians 2:10 says that at the call of the name Jesus every knee have to bow, in heaven and on earth under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, and to the Glory of the father. When you are praying you have to call upon the name Jesus and every knee and every tongue will bow before the name Jesus. Please we must do every thing in Jesus name and you will see success.
The weapon that you have to use again is the blood of Jesus.”….And they overcame him by the blood of the lamb”… Revelation 12:11 and you can also read Zechariah 9:11-12. There is tangible power in the blood of JESUS; it is the believer’s strong hold. The blood of Jesus is a weapon against Satan.
Another one is angels: Angels are sending to minister to the saints. You can read that in Hebrews 1:7,13-14
There is almost no man of worth in the bible that did not have physical, tangible evidence of angelic companionship. You can read more about angels in Exodus 23:20,Psalm 91:11
The sixth one is the Holy Spirit: The Holy Spirit brings the power into us. Acts1:8 says “But you will receive power when the Holy spirit comes on you… and you can also read 1John4:6 and Ephesians 5:18
The last one is Praise and worship: By praising God the walls of Jericho were broken. In addition, Paul and Silas praised the lord and prison gate were open. Acts 16:25-28.
Please always go to bed with praise and wake with praise. It breaks the strong hold of the enemies.
In your prayer, quote the word of God, have strong faith, mention the name of Jesus, use the blood of Jesus, The angels will be sent by Jesus to intervene, be filled with the holy spirit and Praise and worship God in your prayer

JESUS IS THE WAY AND LIFE!
There is away to every house and if a house is build without a gate, how can one enter into that house? For some one to enter a house he or she needs a way so that the people in the house can welcome him. In the other hand, everyone that enters the house without passing through the entrance or through the gate, he or she can be called thief. The house owner has the right to drive him or her away or call for police to arrest him or her. This means that every house must have a gate for people to enter. The bible says in the book of John14:6 “Jesus answered: I am the way the truth and life. No one comes to the father except through me”.
When we go back to Genesis 3: 24, you will find the first reference to the way: After he drove the man out, He place on the east side of the Garden of Eden cherubin and a flaming sword flashing back and forth to guard the way to the tree of life.” When God made Garden of Eden, there was way but man, disobeyed God’s command (they ate the fruit of good and evil that god said forbidden) and the gate was closed and guarded by cherubim. Since then sin has separate man from his God Isaiah59:1-2 surely, the arm of the lord is not too short to save, nor his ear too dull to hear. However, your iniquities have separated you from your God.
God is love and he does not want us to perish, so He has given us another chance by opening another gate for us. Whom ever passes through that gate will not perish (but everlasting life) likes Adam and Eve? His only begotten son (Jesus Christ) came down that who ever believes in him would not perish. He is the way, truth and life. No other way man can use to approach God.
We may ask; HOW CAN WE KNOW THE WAY? (John 14:5 Thomas said to him “lord, we do not know where you are going, so how can we know the way?). if you read verse 6 , Jesus said to him that no one comes to the father except through him. Meaning that one can only approach God when he or she surrenders to Christ. You must know that we are all sinners. Christ came because of sinners and if you are willing to call upon his name and confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, believe in your heart that God raised him from the death, you will be saved. He was crucified because of our sins (Roman 3:23). We are all sinners but through the blood of Jesus we can now enter into the most Holy place Hebrews (10:9-10).
Jesus is present at every moment in time of need and in the life of his servant, he is the new and living way (Hebrews10:20), to be walk in right now. Jesus will give you new way of life and values if only you can open the door for HIM to enter in to your heart. You must understand that he died for our sins and to understand the pleading the blood of Jesus. He is the way to reach Eternity forever. He has gone to prepare a new “garden of Eden” full of life not death.
There is only one-way, and it is new and living because it is real, dynamic and perfect, in contrasts to the many ways that lead man to death: proverbs 14:12 there is a way that seems right to a man, but in the end it leads to death.
Life is about choices, where do you want to belong to?. If you choose Christ, you choose life and if you choose your own ways, you choose death. Jesus loves you so do I, surrender to him for eternal life. Permit me to tell you this, if you do not go to heaven do not blame Jesus, after death no repentance. Now is your time. HEAVEN AND HELL IS REAL, WHERE WILL YOU BE? GOD HAS PLANS FOR US (Jeremiah 29:11-13 “For I know the plans I have for you” declared the Lord. Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me, come, and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart”)
