Mmm! not really, it has its own problems here and there just like other countries but its beautiful.
Congratulations for the new born,i love kids they put a smile on my face..change of environment always separates us from our loved ones..i believe you will copy up with time.

I missed alot in my child hood thats after my mum,i had to join my Dad,i was issolated in this new home,i was alone among eleven kids
I desired if atleast mum had produced two of us in the same home stead,so all my child hood i hate to talk about it because its soo painful..Now its a different story i dapted and accepted every thing the way it was because it was part of life. I even risked in 2005
i got goverment sponsorship, i was posted to Northern
Uganda,and by then it was a war zone area,buses were being bombed every now and then,i had no choice but to go and do my course.People from the central were considered to be proud of themselves,so it wasnt so easy if it came to fell stundents though not all of them were bad ,i managed to befriend some..Thanks to God, at the end of the day i reaped what i sowed (second class upper).
I believe God has and is always there for me,who would i be with out him,he has been so kind to me.

Hello Paige! I see that you are a great artist from your pictures on your page! It is wonderful that you are able to use your creative gift for the benefit of your church and other churches as well. Being an artist can definitely be considered as ministering to people. You don't always have to speak to move someone deeply. Hi. It has been and will b e a very busy week. I can't believe the end of the 3rd quarter is Friday and there are only 9 more weeks of school!! Getting ready for grades and parent-teacher conferences. I have 2 boys (brothers) at school for which tomorrow is the 3rd anniversary of their Dad's suicide. If you could say a little prayer for them as I know it will be a hard day for them. We are planning a balloon send off as a memorial for all of our students who have lost a loved one. Each balloon will have a little message to memorialize the person they are thinking of. Hope you had a restful weekend and will say a prayer for you as well

Thanks for the post. Ins't it amazing how you can be in a crowd and sometimes still be alone. My prayers are with you in settling into a new church family. And most importantly, that your faith and actions will "rub off" on your husband that he want start going with you. My prayer for you tonight is that you will find the place and people in your new surroundings that God wants you to.

My husband and I did attend a church (local Calvery Chapel) yesterday. I love non-denominational churches and fellowships. However, it was so small and is totally focused on the small goup of attendees (about 20 or 30) they all seemed to know each other, and the fellowship before service was bascially like a meeting in a coffee shop where everyone knew each other. People were friendly, but I am not sure if God wants us to try and fit in, or if we should look somewhere else. I know (or at least they are customers in my store) several other pastors in town. Don't know if I should just attend their churches because it might be more comfortable. Well enough rambling.

My thoughts and prayers are with you as you work through making new firends. Am sure God will be with both of us as we struggle in this area. But if we let Him, He will prevail in our lives and bring the right people in out paths. I would be honored if you were one of those people. Hang in there and keep loving on your precious little ones.

Yea the truth project meeting is tonight. My group is on lesson 4, my husbands group is on lesson 6. We have had a little bit of a shock. Two in my group (husband and wife) announced last week they are getting a divorce. I'm surprised at how much this has thrown me but we are in prayer.
I'm not a parent myself but I have watched my friends go through the terrible two's and three's and sometimes even sevens and eights... My friend Kristen had a very hard time with her son who would trow tantrums and bang his head... it was scary to watch but remember you AND YOUR CHILDREN are in Gods hands and he will help you through this. I wish I had more knowledgable advise to offer but I can offer you my prayers.

I'VE GOT ALOT OF "BAGGAGE" THAT MAKES IT HARD FOR ME TO FEEL COMFORTABLE MEETING NEW PEOPLE AND EVEN THO IT'S NOT FACE TO FACE IT'S STILL KIND OF UNCOMFORTALE FOR ME. I ALJWAYS FEEL LIKE I DON'T HAVE ANYTHING IN COMMON WITH ANYONE. I FEEL DUMB EVEN TELLING YOU BUT I FIGURE I CAN BE HONEST WITH YOU.
I DO RELATE TO THE STAGE YOUR GOING THRU WITH YOUR KIDS. THERE'S A COUPLE THINGS THAT ALWAYS KEPT ME GOING. WITH MY FIRST CHILD IT WAS "AND THIS TOO SHALL PASS" HE WAS NOT AN EASY BABY. NEVER SLEPT MORE THAN 3 HOURS FOR THE FIRST 20 MONTHS AND WHEN HE WAS VERY LITTLE HE HATED BEING HORIZONTAL. NOT ONLY DID HE WANT TO BE HELD HE WANTED TO BE WALKED. 75% OF THE TIME HE'D CRY IF YOU SAT AND HELD HIM. THEN WHEN HE WAS ABLE TO CRAWL HE DID SPEED CRAWING. HE ALWAYS KEPT ME ON MY TOES. I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS ACTUALLY NOT THE TERRIBLE TWO'S BUT THE TERRIBLE THREE'S AND THE TERRIFIC TWO'S. WHICH I BELIEVE IS YOUR EXPERIENCE ALSO. MY OLDEST WAS ACUALLY A HANDFUL UNTIL HE WAS ABOUT 4 SO I DIDN'T NOTICE MUCH OF A DIFFERENCE. THE OTHER CHALLENGE WAS ( AND IS STILL) IS THAT HE WAS VEY BIG, SO WHEN THE FITS STARTED I'D TRY TO PICK HIM UP TO REMOVE HIM FROM A SITUATION AND HE'D THROW HIS ARMS UP AND ARCH HIS BACK WHICH MADE IT VERY DIFFICULT. I DON'T REMEMBER HOW MUCH HE WEIGHED BUT HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN DOUBLE HIS AGE IN CLOTHES. AT A YEAR HE WAS WEARING SIZE TWO AND SO ON.SO BY THE TIME HE WAS THREE HE WAS IN A SIZE 6. LUCKILY HE WAS NOT A CHUNKY BABY BECAUSE THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN NO WAY! THEN I HAD MY SECOND (A GIRL) 7 1/2 YEARS LATER AND SHE WAS AN EASY BABY, BUT I STARTED TO APPRECIATE HOW EASY SEAN HAD GOTTEN AND THOUGHT WHAT DID I DO? BUT I'D ALWAYS WANTED A GIRL AND GOD WAS VERY GOOD TO ME. SHE WAS A LITTLE ANGEL. THEN GOD GOT EVEN NICER AND WHEN MY HUSBAND AND I DECIDED WE WANTED TO HAVE "ONE" MORE, I HAD TWINS! I DELIVERED 2 WEEKS AFTER CHLOE TURNED TWO. THAT'S HOW I KNOWGOD KNOWS ME BETTER THAN I KNOW MYSELF. I DID'T THINK I'D MAKE IT. I SAID EITHER IT'LL KILL ME OR KEEP ME YOUNG. WELL NEITHER HAPPENED. I DIDN'T DIE AND I HAVE GREY HAIR NOW. MY SISTER IN-LAW WOULD ALWAYS REMIND ME TO APPRECIATE EVERY STAGE BECAUSE I WAS NEVER GOING TO HAVE ANOTHER NEWBORN , ONE YEAR OLD, TWO YEAR OLD ,ETC. I AM THANKFUL I HAD TWO AT ONE TIME BECAUSE I STILL HAVEN'T HAD THAT WANTING A BABY FEELING AGAIN. I'M PRETTY MUCH SET TO GO UNTIL I HAVE GRANDCHILDREN (BIOLOGICAL). I ACUALLY DO HAVE THREE GRAND KIDS FROM MY STEP-DAUGHTER WHO IS 30. WE WERE PREGNANT AT THE SAME TIME SO MY GRAND DAUGHTER IS 8 AND MY GRANDSON IS 6. I HAVE ANOTHER GRANDSON WHO JUST TURNED 2 THAT I HAVE NEVER MET. MY STEP-DAUGHTER IS VERY LOST AND DELIVERED HER THIRD CHILD AND HE WAS ADDICTED TO METHADONE SOTHE STATE TOOK HIM AWAY. I FEEL REALLY TERRIBLE THAT I'VE NEVER MET HIM BUT I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH SO MUCH PERSONALLY THAT I HAVE NOT HAD THE TIME, OR THE EXTRA EMOTIONAL STRENGHT TO TAKE ANYTHING ELSE ON. I DO KNOW THAT HE IS IN A VERY LOVING HOME. I ACTUALLY MET THE FOSTER PARENTS. THE STATE WAS STARTING THE PROCESS OF ADOPTING HIM OUT IF HIS MOM WAS NOT GOING TO CHANGE. LAST SUNDAY A LADY CAME TO MY HOUSE LOOKING FOR MIRANDA TO SERVE HER PAPERS TERMINATING HER PARENTAL RIGHTS. THE FOSTER PARENTS ARE GOING TO ADOPT HIM I THINK. MY HUSBAND WANTED US TO ADOPT HIM BUT WE HAVE A HISTORY OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND THE STATE OBVIOSLY WON'T PUT A CHILD IN A KNOWN UNHEALTHY ENVIROMENT. THE OTHER 2 KIDS ARE WITH MY HUSBAND EX-WIFE AND HER HUSBAND AND ARE UNABLE TO TAKE ON ANOTER CHILD. THEIR PLACE IS REALLY NOT A HEALTHY ENVIROMENT EITHER, BUT THERE IS NO WAY I CAN HANDLE ANY MORE KIDS WITHOUT LOSING MY MIND. OTHERWISE THE OLDEST TWO WOULD BE WITH US ALSO. I HAVE ACTUALLY HAD ALL FIVE BY MYSELF FOR A MONTH AND I WAS NOT ABLE TO HANDLE IT VERY WELL. TWO 7 YEAR OLDS AND THREE FIVE YEAR OLDS IS TOO MUCH FOR ME. I LOVE KIDS BUT I AM NOT A SUPER WOMAN. I ACTUALLY WENT FROM 1 TO 5 KIDS IN 2 YEARS BECAUSE I TOOK MY BROTHERS 12 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER IN WHEN CHLOE TURNED 1. GOD WAS PREPARING ME FOR THE TEENAGE YEARS WAY BACK THEN BECAUSE HE KNEW WHAT CHALENGES I'D BE FACING NOW WITH MY SON. I WON'T EVEN GO THERE RIGHT NOW BECAUSE I COULD JUST KEEP GOING. SORRY, I FEEL LIKE I'M RAMBLING.
ANYWAY---I AM SO HAPPY THAT I HAVE MET YOU. I AM SO AMAZED AT YOUR ART WORK! ARTIST TALENT RUNS IN MY FAMILY FROM MY MOMS SIDE AND I LOVE TO PAINT AND DRAW, BUT I AM NO WAY AS TALENTED. Thank you for your attention to me. I' m glad to have you around dear. You're so lovely. HE saved me twice cause once I left Him and because of that my life was so painful. Do you believe that Christ can come to us in any form ? Believe it or not He came to me as a beautiful giant Tiger, and He said, "Why are you leaving Me ? I traveled across the seas to find you here." I asked Him if it was not wrong to leave my second one to receive Him again. If it did not mean making sin, I asked Him to come to me, let me "see" Him like I see a man and let me feel His touching on by body. And He DID it with that thorn crown. So I knew and was ready to be His own again. Now I am studying Theology in 'The Harvest International Theological Seminary' (by post). It's keeping me busy for 4 years if I do it in time. I have been down with the flu for 10 days straight. Now, I am suffering from Acid Reflux. I am under a doctors care. I just stay nauseated and with a slight headache. I give God the Glory for all of the things He is doing in my life. He is using me in spite of the ailments in my body.

It's nice to here from you again. My youngest daughter right now is sick, My middle daughter that is pregnant just got evicted from her apartment that she was living in over a fight with her boyfriends brother who caused damage to the property. But fortunatly she found another place to move to. She is about 7 weeks pregnant now and getting sick a lot. keep in touch.

They do love their grandma. They are so precious to me. It is amazing how you can love your children with your whole heart, however, when the grandchildren come, they take you to a whole different level of loving. So sweet!!
