Hello Joel, I would love to be a friend of yours on this wonderful site. It's lovely to hear that you come from India and you are preaching God's Word. My husband and I have been Christians for about 2 years and Jesus has totally transformed us in such a wonderful way. We both just can't get enough of the bible and many other boks and readings. We also go to a wonderful Christian fellowship church, (previously Baptist) and i've been fortunate to work voluntary in the church's bible/books/music/gift shop which I thoroughly enjoy and get so much learning from. Also as the shop is joined to the Churches coffee shop I get to meet many Christians passing through which is lovely. It's very early in the morning 3.10am and I need to get some sleep as we are going to Church at 9.30am. I have sent a message to Ronald(Rana) not so long ago. If you were to look up his profile I have written a little bit more and have coppied a letter which we receive weekly from our minister. It may be of interest to you. Thank You for your Message Joel. The Song that you heard Molitva was sung in a contest between many counties and Molitva which means prayer in English was the song that won. I have also sent you the Finland version of the Song. The Finland Version was not in the contest it was done after the contest was over, I think it was because of the success of the song Molitva. Thanks again for the comment. You are soo full of the Lord! I pray that I can regain that joy again. I have bad days and good days, but I always HAVE to remember what He has done for me and where I would be without Him. I would be dead. I seriously would be. Hello from southwestern Georgia, USA. I am a homeschooling mother to 9 children, ages 2 to 19. My oldest son plans to be a pastor and my 15 year old son wants to be a youth minister. My oldest daughter wants to write and speak to and mentor to impoverished girls and help them find a better future through Jesus while being a homeschooling mom herself one day. Just thought that I would fill you in on some since you said learning about other people's cultures was one of the things that you wanted. We eat fried chicken here and love barbequed anything but we also enjoy food with a more international flair. It's wonderful to meet you. I would love to hear more about your culture. It would definitely help in our homeschooling studies on geography and studying the ways that different people live. (My 19 year old LOVES geography.) My children are not allowed to do a lot of the things that a lot of children here do since I want their music, movies, etc. to be God-honoring. We read all of the time and their television is limited. We enjoy walks and taking a drive when we can but since gasoline is so expensive we hardly ever do that. We just celebrated my five year old daughter's birthday yesterday with a dinner and cake and ice cream. She got a small fold-up doll house and a princess necklace and hairbows. She is all girl. We are looking forward to Easter. They will receive Easter baskets, hunt for Easter eggs and, of course, go to church...which we would do anyway. We attend First Baptist in Americus (hometown to Habitat for Humanity.) It is a little more liberal than I would like so we are thinking about finding a new congregation if my husband's job doesn't change like he thinks it might. Hope I didn't bore you.
