I thank You, Father, That You have given us Israel as a point by which we can see You at work, and know that it is You that is performing this work. I thank You for the promises that You gave Israel because i can see those promises being for me and mine as well. Your promises to them has quelled the fear that I might otherwise have. I know that You will never leave us or forsake us because you haven't left Israel or forsaken them either. Praises to You, Father, for all You do for us.....

Bro Alan,

WHere does the name "Jew" come from?

The term "Jew" (Heb. Yehudi) can be used differently in different contexts. In its narrowest interpretation it would mean someone from the tribe of Judah (Heb. Yehudah).

In a broader sense it refers to anyone from the kingdom of Judah,2 which included within it people from the tribe of Benjamin, Levites and Priests as well. A biblical example of this is Moredechai who is called a Jew even though he was from the tribe of Benjamin.3

In an even broader sense, especially in contemporary times, the word Jew has come to mean anyone who is part of the "Children of Israel", also known as Israelites, descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, or "people of the book".

Father, thankyou for your love and protection for the land of promice for your people. They are surrounded by enemies on all sides. But YOU are their fortress and their mighty deliverer... "The LORD shall cut off all flattering lips, and the tongue that speaketh proud things: Who have said, With our tongue will we prevail: our lips are our own: who is lord over us?" LORD, arise and set your land and your people in safety, for YOU hear the oppression and the sighing of the poor and the needy in the land, and they are crying out for justice! Hear O LORD, and perform your good word toward Israel for your name's sake and for their salvation and acknowledgement of Jesus, Yeshua, as the one promiced and given for their benefit and salvation. LORD let us carry in our hearts as believers in Jesus, the prayers spoken by your Spirit and breathed out as we remember to voice blessings on Israel and her people."Thou shalt keep them, O LORD thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever. The wicked walk on every side, when the vilest men are exalted." So... LORD arise with your favor on the rightious of the land that they may prosper and be at peace so that the wicked will not stand in judgement against your people Israel. (various scripture from Psalm 12) For your words are 'pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times.', so let your WORDS have FINAL authority and victory in all areas concerning Israel and her people. Thank you for sharing with us your thoughts and words to pray, Father, in Jesus' name.. Amen

Father God, I come to you in the Mighty name of Jesus and lay before you my request, I ask you to soften so many liberal Jewish hearts, I ask you Father God to raise up Christians that will pray for the Jewish who are so blinded with being liberal, I ask you Lord Jesus to have your way in their lives, your Kingdom come, your will be done in Israel, in America among the Jewish community, I ask you for lost Jewish souls that are on their way to hell and I ask you to stop them from going to hell and turn them all to you Lord Jesus, i ask that none of them perish and go to hell, I ask for mercy and love to pour on them Lord and may your name be glorified in their lives Lord Jesus.

Lord Israel remains your people and we do as you have instructed us to do for them. We blessed them by asking you to continue to watch over them, not because you forget, but because we love to do as you have asked us to do. We know you love your people and so we pray that they continue to prosper and that more of them come to accept the messiah as their Lord.

I love you and thank you Lord. In Jesus name - Amen
