You may be in one of those seasons right now, struggling to truly be happy where you are. But this is not the way God wants you to live. He tells us in scripture that even in the difficult times, He is with us. Even when you can’t see a way out, He will make a way through. Even when things don’t turn out the way we planned, He has a plan to turn things around for our good.

The key is, don’t get upset about your circumstances. Instead, be determined to walk through to victory. Declare by faith that no weapon formed against you shall prosper. Declare by faith that you are rising higher. Keep standing, keep believing and keep hoping because God has a bright future in store for you!

A PRAYER FOR TODAY
Father, I humbly come to You today giving You all that I am. I ask for Your peace in the midst of the storm. I ask for Your strength to stand strong, knowing that with You, I will walk through every adversity in Jesus’ name. Amen!

Psalm 66:18 If I regard wickedness in my heart, The Lord will not hear.

vs19 But certainly God has heard; He has given heed to the voice of my prayer,

vs20 Blessed be God, Who has not turned away my prayer

           Nor His lovingkindness from me.

Our confession of sin must be continue because we continue to do wrong. But true confession requires us to listen to God and to want to stop doing what is wrong. When we refuse to repent or when we harbor and cherish sins, we place a wall between us and God. We may not be able to remember every sin we have ever committed, but our attitude should be one of confession and obedience.

Praise the Lord for our fellowship together, and the teaching from His Almighty Word.

Today's Bible Verse:

Lamentations 3:22–24
The steadfast love of the LORD never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. "The LORD is my portion," says my soul, "therefore I will hope in him." (ESV)

Today's Inspiring Thought: Enough for Today

There's one thing we can count on: the steadfastlove of the Lord. Just as certain as the sun will rise in the morning, we can trust and know that his strong love and tender mercies will greet us anew each day.

So great is the Lord's faithfulness, so personal and sure, that he holds out just the right portion for our souls to drink in today, tomorrow, and the next day. When we wake up to discover his steady, daily, restorative care, our hope is renewed and our faith is reborn.

Today's Bible Verse:

Hebrews 4:15-16
For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who in every respect has been tempted as we are, yet without sin. Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.(ESV)

Today's Inspiring Thought: Jesus Understands

Sometimes we think that because Jesus walked the earth so long ago, he can't identify with our modern temptations. Yet he knew every human emotion. Culture may have changed, but the temptations are still the same. Jesus knows what you're going through and he wants to help. You can go to him for strength and support when you're feeling tempted.

We may be weak, but Jesus is strong. His power can flow into you, through the Holy Spirit. Turn to him for help in making wise choices.

Deuteronomy 29:29 The secret things belong to the LORD our God, but the things revealed belong to us and to our sons forever, that we may observe all the words of this law.

God has not told us everything there is to know about obeying him, he has told us enough. Thus  disobedience comes from comes from an act of the will, not a lack of knowledge. Through God's Word we know enough  about Him to be saved by faith and to serve Him. We must not use the limitation of our knowledge as an excuse to reject His claim on our life

Hebrews 3:13 But encourage one another day after day' as long as it is still called "Today," so that none of you will be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin.

vs14 For we have become partakers of Christ, if we hold fast the beginning of our ass firm assurance firm until the end.

To prevent having an unbelieving heart, stay in fellowship with other believers, talk daily about your mutual faith, be aware of the deceitfulness of sin (it attracts but also destroys), and encourage each other with love and concern.

Lamentations 3:21-23

This I recall to my mind, Therefore I have hope.

vs22 The LORD's lovingkindnesses indeed never cease. For His compassions never fail.

vs23 They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness.

God willingly responds with help when we ask. God's steadfast love and mercy are greater than any sin, and He promises forgiveness.
