Hello Bev,

None of us will fully know how God uses each of us in each and every circumstance... He is so Glorious and Beautiful. What we do know for sure is this:

*He Loves us all the time and the same..no matter what we do or say.
*Nothing can ever separate us from His Love.
*He doesn't need us to be included in His Story, but HE Wants us to be.
*He desires to spend Eternity with us...just because we are His creation and He loves us.
*When we mess up...He's right there to catch us.. (when we repent and seek forgiveness.. we must remember He's a Holy God).
*He chose us before HE planned Creation.
*Jesus died to take away all sin and infirmity and defeat death.

We also know it's mostly not going to be easy...in fact, it is the less-popular, difficult road to take. BUT---everything we do is in God's Strength not ours.. so remembering Isaiah 40:31

Isa 40:31 But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew [their] strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; [and] they shall walk, and not faint.

and this from Proverbs...

Pro 3:1 My child, [fn] never forget the things I have taught you. Store my commands in your heart,

Pro 3:2 for they will give you a long and satisfying life.

Pro 3:3 Never let loyalty and kindness get away from you! Wear them like a necklace; write them deep within your heart.

Pro 3:4 Then you will find favor with both God and people, and you will gain a good reputation.

Pro 3:5 Trust in the LORD with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding.

Pro 3:6 Seek his will in all you do, and he will direct your paths.

Pro 3:7 Don't be impressed with your own wisdom. Instead, fear the LORD and turn your back on evil.

these verses ..and the gospel constantly bring tears to my eyes. What an Awesome Almighty God we Serve.

Hi Rico My Friend:
I have been there Hon, and I will tell you that the Minute you submit to God 100%, and let go of all wrong Done and say Lord Forgive me of all my wrongs (sins) in my life, and start reading your Bible. Do you know God talks to you through His Word? He sure does. As for hating yourself Hon. DON"T because you are made in the image of God, and He made you perfect in Him. God don't hate you. satan does because you are God's child. So who cares what he thinks? he is nothing.

Rico I don't think you are the only one who calls on God when they are in trouble. We all do it Hon. You are no different than any of us. We are all in the same boat. But at least you recognise what you are doing and that is great. Do not be so hard on yourself Hon. God is not. He Loves You Honey more than you could ever know. He does not see our sins Rico when He looks at us. He sees Jesus His Son, because we are cleansed by the Blood of the Lamb. You make a mistake? say Lord Jesus I messed up again, Please forgive me, and go on your way, because God forgave you in all of your sins.

Do you know Rico that when Jesus was on the cross! You were on His Mind. Amazing Hon. God is so so so good. as for depression Hon? Once you see How God is working in your life the depression will be gone. Your depressed because of the way your life is right? Get back in with God Honey, and Iwould say Go to a good Bible teaching Church that it is all of God not some make belief religion. God hates Religion. Go to Bible studies, and maybe make new friends.. So my friend, You will be fine when you get closer to God. God allows things to happen in your life to get your attention. The thing to offer God is a grateful heart of thanksgiving - all life and all blessing begins with gratitude to God. To gain that grateful heart, you have to humble yourself and consider all that he has done; all that he is doing and all that he promises to do. (God has an amazing way of keeping promises).

Words are less important than the sincere attitude that seeks God with humility.
