Lordship salvation is not Biblical. He is Lord over everyone, but Savior only to the redeemed. A person who has truly been transformed and has become a child of God will by the new nature desire to respond to the Savior as Lord and desire to live for Him while still battling this fallen flesh that we currently live in.
The desire to do follows the transformation, for it is only religion when we try to do before the transformation.
